🇭🇰 Central 中環｜Seoul NoodlesFinally got the chance to try this new authentic Korean 🇰🇷 noodles spot, which is established by an all Korean crew, in Hong Kong! Famous for their handmade noodles 🍜 and Korean traditional dumplings, 🥟 I got to try them both this time, and here are my thoughts and what I tried: 🐓 Chicken Noodle (Noodle Combo) 🍜Chicken Noodle being their BEST item on menu, 🤩really took my heart away! The texture of the handmade noodles were soft and soaked with the comfort chicken soup. 😋 The highlight is the chicken on top of the noodles, it is a big piece of chicken to enjoy! 😉 🐚 Clams Noodles (Noodle Combo) 🍜Covered with lots of clams on top of the noodles, it is definitely so satisfying! 🤤 This is their HIT item on menu, a MUST TRY for seafood lovers! 😍🍜 Noodle Combo 🍜Consist of noodle, 🍜 a choice of side (mini kimbaps or 1 piece of dumpling), 🥟 some refreshing appetizer and a bowl of barley rice 🍚 of kimchi. Barley rice really took me by surprise, quite refreshing to taste and heavy in kimchi flavours! ☺️Barley rice is actually high fibre which help slow blood sugar before eating the noodles! 😁🥟 Pork Dumplings 🥟 Their dumplings were served hot 🥵 and they were big! I love the amount of stuffings inside the dumplings, which really shows the differences of handmade ✋ and machines made! I cannot get enough of them! 😆They have opened several stores in Kowloon and HK island! 中環新開幕，2樓位置，主打麵食。令人驚艷、份量十足、口味正宗，晚餐時間滿滿人氣！二訪，點了湯飯，口味普通，最推薦湯麵，嚼勁口感Q彈（但不能泡太久）。極豐盛，有附兩個小菜、紫菜白飯，吃的很滿足！

一直都知灣仔韓國刀削麵多人排隊，今次行到中環，見肚餓就決定一試，又想食冷白肉，👦🏻又唔食得辣，就直接叫個二人餐試下👍🏻最正係一元可以飲到韓國咖啡，咖啡味濃郁但都帶有甜多❤️辣牛肉湯麵:湯底香辣濃郁，牛肉軟嫩入味，麵條滑順爽口，整體辣度適中，湯底够惹味牛骨湯麵:湯底清甜鮮美，滿滿骨膠原的感覺，再加上牛肉軟淋，👦🏻竟然食得哂成碗，姐肯定好好食泡菜餃子 ：全人手製造，外皮薄嫩，內餡飽滿多汁，泡菜酸辣爽口，肉餡鮮美，整體口感豐富。迷你紫菜包飯:米飯軟糯香甜，紫菜香脆，配料豐富，再加上麻香味濃冷白肉，配上韮菜、特製醬汁、泡菜，一點也不肥膩，仲令我食晒成碟原來每個刀削麵也配有蘿蔔泡菜、海菜、薏米飯🍚薏米飯清香軟糯，而且有說明先吃薏米飯可有助減脂，我食得好安心，唔怕肥🤣

來尋找韓國的感覺～🇰🇷去親韓國我都必定來一碗刀削麵之前香港要食到都有啲難道🙈而家唔知道洗擔心搵唔到地方食大熱嘅서울제면소🔥首爾製麵所就可以食到由韓國匠人即場製刀削麵及手工餃子每碗面質都好好 又爽又彈牙份量以十足 包你食到飽飽😋灣仔店長期多人排隊排到痴線 佢地開多左幾間分店方便好多❣️Noodle Combo $88(麵：辣排骨湯麵+$10 + 小食：迷你紫菜包飯)湯底係好濃排骨味🍜雖然話辣排骨 但唔算太辣 所以大家可以邊食邊飲埋啲湯 食出個精髓飲埋都唔覺口渴 唔覺有味精😙再加埋紫菜包飯 再大食嘅人都會話飽🍙❣️雞湯麵 $78平時食得清淡嘅朋友 呢個雞湯你會好岩😏湯底勁清甜 帶有陣陣雞香味🤭呢個同辣排骨一樣都係俾得好足料佢地好癲下 俾成半隻雞你食🐓❣️泡菜餃子 $38兩大隻餃子 每隻都幾有分量泡菜餡料好足 實的的😍而餃子皮又唔會太厚
