上星期,約咗個friend拎啲嘢畀佢,跟住喺佢屋企附近食晏,佢就帶我去咗深仔記。入到舖頭,見到裝修就似係做街坊生意嘅老店,見牆上嘅海報,原來喺國內都有分店。我哋叫咗兩碗雲吞麵,仲有通菜同埋芥蘭。雲吞鮮味爽口,蝦同嘅比例8/2,麵身彈牙,湯底濃淡色中,冇鹼水味,好食。兩碟菜都冇乜油,菜葉多個菜框,份量抵食!

「雲吞麵」—— 出現於清未民初,從湖南傳入廣州,一般按份量分為「細蓉」、「中蓉」同「大蓉」。雖然聽起嚟,你會覺得無太大嘅分別,但喺民初時期,「細蓉」確實只適合「西關大少」—— 富裕人家享用。

真係好隨意地經過油麻地見到有間睇落都有啲傳統嘅舖頭,又想食下雲吞麵所以入咗去。入到去先發現整體環境都幾黑好理所當然咁嗌咗雲吞麵雲吞非常足料粒粒都有幾隻蝦🦐,麵亦都冇鹼水味🍜比較可惜嘅係湯底偏鹹,冇乜鮮甜味~食完見到肚腩仲有啲空間🤣決定嗌咗隻鹹肉糭~相比起雲吞麵坐低幾分鐘已經上咗,鹹肉糭等咗好耐🥲 不過食落又有驚喜!口感非常之綿,花生同豬肉嘅比例都唔算少。不過落得太多豉油就令到最後食到好鹹,如果大家都有興趣啊可以叫佢哋落少啲豉油🤔不過令人有啲不爽嘅係侍應態度比較差,買單都唔理人不特止,買完單仲要大力咁掉低個牌🙈

決定嗌咗隻鹹肉糭~
相比起雲吞麵坐低幾分鐘已經上咗,鹹肉糭等咗好耐🥲 不過食落又有驚喜!口感非常之綿,花生同豬肉嘅比例都唔算少。不過落得太多豉油就令到最後食到好鹹,如果大家都有興趣啊可以叫佢哋落少啲豉油🤔

不過令人有啲不爽嘅係侍應態度比較差,買單都唔理人不特止,買完單仲要大力咁掉低個牌🙈

今日係2022年4月4號,咁啱行過油麻地深仔記,諗住去食番個下午茶,原來呢度冇茶餐!跟住照入去坐低嗌咗個水餃撈麵$40元,麵冇鹼水味,仲有一陣陣傳統雲吞麵豬油味,好味!水餃認真差,煮過龍,爛爛地一啲都唔專業!筍有渣!蝦冇味!調味不足!碗蝦上湯平平無奇,一啲都唔似老店老師傅煮出嚟嘅上湯!店內環境亦十分污糟,好彩食完冇肚痛,枱上有兩支醬料樽,一支係放辣醬,另一支係放醋,全部都有烏蠅仔僕響上面,我坐嗰張枱對上幅牆都有幾隻烏蠅仔,其他就冇再望啦,總之環境唔乾淨!🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰下次唔會食!🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

蜆介鯪魚球 - 蜆介係出面已買少見少,加上佢嘅鯪魚球係用真正鯪魚肉打成,爽口彈牙,唔會食到成口粉,同蜆介絕對係黃金組合

可惜的是樽裝汽水已絕跡
