本打算去買半隻燒鵝,付款時收銀女員工態度好差,我地話用銀聯信用卡比錢。個收銀話無銀聯,係個拍咭機度寫左啦,你睇唔到既咩!態差到咁,我當然唔會幫襯。臨走出門,個收銀仲叫返入廚房話唔洗斬啦,人地無現金。個收銀超惡劣。我都費事再話佢,而家信用卡,電話支付都好普遍,仲做一個井底之蛙,覺得有現金先可以買野。

我就叫左金菇沙嗲肥牛炒河,覺得無咩獲氣,似係一早炒定一大堆咁,但份量都算充足既,肥牛都幾多。而我朋友就叫左中式豬扒飯,豬扒都有成3~4舊幾足料,個汁酸酸地好開胃,再加上用埋菠蘿做配料,味道都幾match。

週六和先生一起來吃午餐,這是我第1次來將軍澳的深井陳記燒鵝餐廳的裝修是典型的中式風格,而且比一般的酒樓顯得有格調。12:00來到用餐的人不是特別多,所以可以坐在卡位上,很舒服。餐牌的選擇很多,除了套餐之外,也有典型的茶餐廳的炒粉飯面。而且套餐的價錢也是街坊價。我們點了一個燒鵝瀨粉,四寶飯,例湯,還有熏蹄。燒鵝瀨粉的燒鵝分量很多,除了燒鵝味道好之外,湯底也非常的好味。四寶飯更是驚喜,因為它的鹹蛋是一隻。最驚喜的是例湯,沒有想到他的例湯絕對比大酒樓的素質還要好。清甜,沒有味精,原汁原味。最驚喜的是價錢,利湯才8塊錢一碗,最後整張單不到200塊。絕對會再來這家餐廳幫襯。

話說我發覺我冇寫過中菜嘅食評,最近又想試呢間嘅下午茶,所以就分別叫咗兩個燒味雙拼瀨粉,順便攞嚟寫食評。呢個係我叫嘅,有豉油雞同燻蹄。豉油雞同其他舖頭差唔多,唔算滑(唔知係唔係部位問題),有淡淡地嘅豉油味。我覺得今次叫嘅燒味入面,燻蹄係最好食嘅。非常爽口,而且味道啱啱好,唔會太淡或者太鹹。瀨粉好普通,都係淡淡地嘅湯加啲爽爽地嘅瀨粉囉。呢個係啊媽叫嘅,有燒腩仔同燒鵝。燒腩仔係令我最失望嘅,已經凍咗,啲皮一啲都脆,仲要超級鹹。燒鵝都冇想像中咁好食,因為都係凍咗。呢度可以再嚟,燒味唔可以話好好食或者好難食,抵食程度唔錯。今次試過嘅燒味入面,最值得一試嘅係燻蹄。如果我下次再嚟,我應該會試叉燒,自己本身鐘意食,加上網落幾正。

最近港島區開了很多燒鵝專門店。所以我都想留意吓這區有沒有?結果比我找到這間唔係深井的深井燒鵝。老實講這些老字號其實我都有啲擔心定價會很貴。但我睇完其他人的食評我都發覺可以接受所以前往試食。我和家人一行三人去試。大膽地點了半隻燒鵝。因為屋企人都怕佢哋會比唔知咩部分做例牌。所以選擇貴點的半隻這裡有幾款食物做特價。所以我們選了幾款小食。如果再唔夠才點小菜。但老實說真係小食都已經很足夠值得一試。燒鵝口感一流。塊皮很脆。值得一試。份量足夠。很滿足。鵝腸口感對我來說就一定沒有豬腸那麼好。但這間份量都很好。平價小食都算收貨鵝肝我就很小食中菜版的。我多數食西方版。煎香之後加塊多士。所以我只能說可以。還有份量都很足夠。鵝血我覺得都係豬紅會比較好食。不過一試都值得。因為真係唔貴。集齊這三個小食。做就了一餐全鵝宴。這餐很便宜。每人大約一百多就可以。老實說我們一定會再來。因為佢地服務都算可以。但唔需要收茶錢和加一。

12月26日諗住去附近食午餐,咁就諗住去呢間食鵝飯,咁我點咗個四寶飯,另外嗰位就叫咗燒鵝莆式炒飯!我個四寶好快就嘅到,眼見都可以嘅,不過食咗幾啖想食燒鵝,點知一反轉全部鵝都係得肥高😨實在過份我真係食唔到😨咁我就同店員講,佢就叫我比成碟師傅睇先可以比返啲有肉嘅燒鵝比我!咁好啦我就比佢成碟攞走(呢個情況對我嚟講已經唔係好滿意)其實只係攞返嗰幾燒鵝入去咪得囉!之後有位應該係經理嘅人(一位著裇簡衫四眼短髪女人)攞住我碟飯比我時,佢竟然同我講,你下次睇咗無問題先食,因為個個客都係望咗無問題先食!呢個人講嘢真係令我當時好嬲,咩叫望咗無問題先食?而家係你哋比啲肥膏我我先出聲,有無攪錯呀,買衫咩!當時我無諗過寫食評嘅所以第一碟我係無影相。到第二碟燒鵝莆式炒飯到,我哋第一時間睇啲鵝都係咁,但今次都有幾舊有肉,所以就硬食就算,我就話以後都唔再去,雖然住附近去過唔止一次,我好怕啲咁差嘅服務,而家我明白點解佢唔多人,原因都係啲人服務態度差同食物質數唔係好穩定。

附近食到悶就上左陳記食個午餐,麻婆豆腐就未試過,今次就即管試下!!岀面d麻婆豆腐系唔辣既,但呢度既竟然系有少少麻辣,白飯又系勁多,個汁有蔥,豆腐厚度幾好,汁稀度正常。炒銀針粉,銀針粉有色但無乜味。熱奶茶奶味夠。
