昨晚一家四口食晚飯,由於晚飯時間商場好多人,隨意揀間有位嘅就入去食。先睇裝修唔錯,環境佈置餐具都精緻,雖然價錢唔平,但有位就入座啦。餐廳內裡不算太大剛坐滿,雖然點菜時侍應對餐牌不太熟悉所以重覆幾次先落到單,但態度都好好令人滿意。點了五樣菜:炸豆腐粒,豉油皇爽脆鵝腸,啫啫生菜煲,小炒皇和清湯安格斯牛腩。先係起菜速度好慢,差不多四十五分鐘先上第一道鵝腸。雖然最後經理有解釋係廚房有一爐頭壞咗影響出品,但眼見係一次出幾碟小炒皇!先嚟嘅鵝腸唔爽脆,豉油唔入味,鵝腸仲有陣味!再嚟炸豆腐粒,先唔講面頭係粉唔脆,等咁耐仲要唔熱只係微暖。啫啫生菜煲同小炒算正常但唔可以講話好,街坊酒樓好過呢度…最後嘅清湯腩就真係最差,清湯味道好清但加咗啲好鹹嘅鹹菜,安格斯牛腩有筋又有牛(酥)味。兩碗白飯連茶錢埋單九百幾真係貴得嚟絕對唔值!!俾完錢想同經理講兩句意見,結果收完錢就走咗去講唔到,咁唯有喺呢度講,價錢只係其中一個問題,只要你俾到合理的食物水準和環境係可以值俾,但呢啲質素坦白講茶餐質素都不如!

🔸另外啲菜式都唔錯。薑蔥粉絲蝦球煲嘅蝦球夠彈牙,薑蔥味濃郁,同粉絲一齊煮,吸晒啲汁,好有口感,比80分!冰鎮咕嚕肉酸甜開胃,仲有少少冰涼感;魚鬆炒米粉炒得乾身,唔會油膩,魚鬆鹹香,加埋啲蔬菜,味道層次豐富,呢兩款都係70分以上嘅作品🤙🏻

🔸總結今次嚟呢間圍方中菜都好滿意,因為食到好味嘅中菜,環境又靚又舒服,服務仲好好
