對於觀塘廣場,我只知地下有個馬會。今次跟朋友來食上海菜,價錢非常平,但朋友說已經是貴了不少。餐廳生意好好,店外亦擺放了枱侍客。雖然多人排隊,但伙記安排得頗有秩序和快手。叫了三菜一湯才 $200,真是很平!白飯就另外再加。花雕醉雞酒味頗濃,很入味。雞肉很滑,不過肉不多。回鍋近乎看不到肉,不過個汁撈飯一流。稍稍有點油。湯羹很大的一窩,豆腐牛肉都多。平是很平,不過不好吃。完全沒有湯汁,非常乾爭爭的小籠包。

今日經過,朋友住左觀塘廿幾年話呢間小店好食,我就去食下,點知中伏了小龍包好厚皮,裡面啲肉好肥啊,幾乎食左一啖就吐晒出黎。冇下次雞絲粉皮算係好食,但啲麻醬好似花生醬咁倒落去,好似食緊花生醬咁不過粉皮滑。之後叫左個湯同豆沙鍋餅,冇影相。豆沙鍋餅好食,即製外脆內餡又不太甜,唔錯啊。仲有一個上湯菜,幾好味,湯濃浸啲菜都好食過人。

一位疑似老闆的職員常站收銀處 口吻似X社會 講嘢囂張拔扈,請問佢少少嘢不想答不得止仲吋吋貢吋個客和想講嘢爆人的姿態, 落order悔氣, 咀臉不屑兼不可一世的模樣,明白生意難做, 亦明白老店總是係會悔氣少少, 但今次食得好不愉快,比這個價錢不是要求服務好,只不過只係一個合理的態度都比不到,我寧願佢粒聲唔出仲好,唔係想袜黑人地亦無必要,大家都係開心食嘢做生意,但咁嘅態度生意想好都幾難,貴店自求多福..

住官塘區有咁上下年份的人,都應該試過官廣的一品香,以街坊價錢食到比酒樓更出色的上海菜。每逢人多時,放枱的情景更是壯觀。所以就算工廠區多咗幾多新食店,佢嘅生意仍然依舊。回鍋肉,每次嚟一品香必點之菜,呢道嘅回鍋肉一直都比出現一啲酒樓好食好多。最出色之處係鍋氣夠,醬汁調味。不過呢度啲水準都唔係次次咁穩定,時多菜,時多肉,仲有時濃時淡,真係要睇你運數。雞絲粉皮,青瓜絲、雞肉絲、粉皮搭上涼拌醬時,各自的份量是得重要的,缺一不可。今次呢一碟就好出色,冇得批評。南翔小籠包,幾乎每個人食上海菜必叫的,皮的薄度還可以,因為太薄會易穿,而且中國人為了飽肚,所以上海小籠包的外皮一定比台灣的厚。而包內的肉汁不算太多,可以為了大家的健康,選用了瘦一點的豬肉做餡料。酸辣湯,幾本上每兩次,都會叫一次,酸辣的調味出色,不會太出位,而且內裡的用粉超足,一啲都冇偷工減料,而且兩餸一湯餐,都俾你大大大碗。

位於觀塘地鐵站出口嘅觀塘廣場,入面除左係以電子產品為主,還有一些賣衣服,找換店和餐廳小食店。位於三樓嘅呢間上海一品香在角落頭,位置不算易找,但係食開嘅都會知道點去,做熟客為主。我食左幾次,今次特登上open rice 到睇下,原來除左呢間之外,另外還有2家分店的。我幾次都係中午成大班人去食,叫一個8人餐,再加多加少嘢食,剛好。今次得3個人去食,所以選左個有湯嘅3人餐。三餸一湯配白飯。上海菜必食回鍋肉。屋企點炒都炒唔到嘅送,出面食特別好食,夠鑊氣,豆瓣醬嘅味道,菇菇加菜,再配塊五花腩,罪惡感之選(☆_☆)魚香茄子,我嘅最愛。呢到嘅魚香茄子加左d榨菜絲,令成碟嘅感覺更加豐富。軟軟嘅茄子,加d汁,撈飯食嘅首選。蝦仁炒蛋。呢到嘅炒蛋唔似得出面依家好興嘅滑蛋(不似牛乳滑蛋,不會還有蛋汁流出嚟)。係傳統性炒蛋,中式風味。再配上爽口蝦仁,正!呢到好在除了有一大班人嘅餐之外,有套餐,一人能計起,方便自己一條友食飯。溫馨提示一下,我地呢個3人餐,每人白飯就剩係得一碗,平時一定要食多飯嘅,麻煩自己額外叫一碗,9元。又或者拒有d一人餐,係每人包兩碗飯嘅,但碟送就會細dd,就睇你中意食送定係飯多d,任君選擇。

呢到好在除了有一大班人嘅餐之外,有套餐,一人能計起,方便自己一條友食飯。溫馨提示一下,我地呢個3人餐,每人白飯就剩係得一碗,平時一定要食多飯嘅,麻煩自己額外叫一碗,9元。又或者拒有d一人餐,係每人包兩碗飯嘅,但碟送就會細dd,就睇你中意食送定係飯多d,任君選擇。

係觀塘上完堂,經過觀塘廣場,就同朋友去呢間上海菜館食飯,兩個人叫左三碟餸回鍋牛肉,牛肉炒得都好"林", 好易咬,雜菜還可以,算新鮮,味道又夠濃四季豆白葉,幾乎每次食上海野都會叫既一個菜,味道清得黎都有啲味,豆新鮮,白葉冇沙,好味雞絲粉皮,唔係即叫即係雪櫃拎出黎果啲,青瓜新鮮爽口,雞肉都滑,配合醬perfect

香港人有點被台灣的小籠包”薰陶”了, 總覺得小籠包的外皮要越薄越好.
其實我在上海吃小籠包, 其外皮有著一定的厚度. 想想也是呢, 古時候的人, 不多吃一點麵團, 不多吃一點澱粉質, 又怎夠氣力去勞動呢?
而一品香是後者, 外皮有點厚重, 咬下去, 會有一點麵粉的味道, 但又不會惹人討厭. 而內餡是鮮嫩而柔軟的豬肉餡, 沒有誇張的爆汁效果, 只有些少的肉汁, 但已經足夠令人回味.

試了一口雲腿, 鹹到不得了, 但又鮮香十足, 真是忍不住口, 大塊大塊的吃呢!
當雲腿碰上津白, 味道是難以形容的匹配.
津白本身是味淡但吸味的蔬菜, 與味道偏鹹的雲腿同煮, 雲腿的鹽份就會被津白吸收, 達到相輔相成之效.

住左咁多年觀塘,一直都冇留意過觀廣入面的一品香菜館~咁岩同朋友今日經過就去試下~餐廳好快出菜.但坐得有D迫賽螃蟹賣相都唔錯~食落口唔會好咸,但都夠味,仲整得幾滑~唔錯喎!擔擔麵D麵都幾彈牙,個湯花生味幾重,不過真係幾辣, 建議唔食得辣的唔好試~醉雞好濃的酒味,食落口D雞好滑,不過就細隻左D囉三鮮炒年糕年糕都幾夠味,但冇咩驚喜總括黎講.如果只係想快快趣食完走人就OK,但如果想慢慢食下傾下計就唔好啦~
