之前見到人哋介紹呢間個景好似唔錯今次就同屋企人去試吓環境比想像中細,不過有得坐窗口位望住個景試咗佢幾款食物醉雞味道唔錯,但酒味可以再濃啲小籠包個皮夠薄,咬落去好多湯汁XO醬腸粉好大碟,味道唔算太辣有好多芽菜,幾爽口牛肉球冇乜特別,同埋得三粒奶油津白份量好多,上面有少少金華火腿碎不過啲菜就太大棵,有啲難咬素肉包幾好食,有好多菜同熱辣辣麵包都幾鬆軟,同埋啲餡會唔會太多另外試咗佢嘅擔擔麵,帶微辣同埋有少少花生味,上面有啲肉碎,幾惹味唔食得辣嘅都可以試吓甜品方面食咗酒釀丸子湯圓煙煙韌韌,有少少桂花味整體一般價錢都偏貴以米之蓮餐廳嚟講有少少失望員工質素有待改善服務麻麻,試過一次就算

有好多芽菜,幾爽口
牛肉球冇乜特別,同埋得三粒
奶油津白份量好多,上面有少少金華火腿碎
不過啲菜就太大棵,有啲難咬

我聽到就諗「即係我連walk-in 都不如,咁我點解要book枱」我問番都得嘅,都得嘅話要問番前枱(由頭到尾得兩個侍應,前咩枱呀🤣)帶我入嚟果個見我望住佢,就行埋嚟問有咩幫到我,講完佢就比我坐番窗口位。

總結:一開始有不被尊重嘅感覺,之後成晚7點後入嚟得兩枱,第二枱好似係熟客,幾張枱啲人都識得,侍應叫佢乜太。
埋單後覺得係幫襯嘅人大部份都40幾至60幾,可能我打扮得唔太成熟被岐視掛。但除咗呢個插曲其他方面都ok嘅,商務套餐唔洗諗又每樣都有啲,係呢個價錢可以係其他連鎖式餐廳買到一樣嘅味道更好嘅服務同平啲,景觀算開揚但對住個維港無嘢遮價錢差唔多又好食過佢嘅都好多,所以唔會再嚟,留番熟客幫襯。

最後,我地有生日蛋糕,佢要收切餅費,都冇所謂,但係連應有既服務都冇,我地問佢攞刀,侍應叔叔仲要反問我地係咪喺度食,蛋糕都拎左出嚟,仲可以唔係喺度食嗎?

可能我同朋友不停傾計又叫咁少野,阻住佢地做生意(但其實當晚有三、四張空枱,唔算好多人),佢地突然間問都唔問有冇野再加就遞左張單上嚟,好似催我地埋單咁,到我地埋左單想坐多一陣,佢地都好直接咁要求我地走,我覺得十點禁堂食嚴格一點都好正常,亦會配合餐廳安排,但係果時講緊係大概九點八,而且仲有其他枱客人都係未走,咁點解要係咁催促我地呢?

總括而言,如果要我比呢個價錢食所謂的「高級上海菜」,我覺得食物質素同服務都十分需要改善,如果淨係想享受環境都可以一試的👍🏻

 當天最期待吃這兩道菜式,呈上時一刻令我心花怒放呀~
被大量蟹肉和蟹粉包裏的上海粗炒的麵條,口感彈牙,鹹鮮美味,很不錯呢! 而蟹粉擔擔飯更合我心意,滿滿的蟹粉蓋在飯粒上,拌匀入口,鮮香惹味,蟹黄味濃,深得我心。

今次是第二次到訪,水準比上次差很遠,好像換了廚房,高力豆沙冇香蕉(Menu 是說有香蕉),皮很硬,不鬆軟,問經理才知道廚房冇香蕉,至於其他餸菜只是一般,其中一個經理很不禮貌,不回應題問,上菜很粗魯,服務差,付起這中上價錢得不到應有的質素,怎能配上米芝蓮推介! 不會再來!
