To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 政府終於放寬有四人限聚同晚市堂食到四點,咁就可以慶祝好友生日,同佢試下呢間上海野,酒樓入面枱與枱之間十分闊落,又有大玻璃望海景, 環境都唔錯,點知叫餸開始就開始中伏⋯⋯因為我地之後打算切生日蛋糕,怕食唔曬,都唔敢叫太多野食,諗住唔夠再叫。唔知係咪侍應姨姨覺得我地叫得少,落單果時個態度已經唔係好好,語氣又差。我地叫左三個冷盤,分別係燻蛋、四喜烤麩同醉雞。燻蛋唔夠半生熟,啲蛋黃已經好似熟到冇乜蛋汁,然後一啲煙燻味都冇,只有好重既准鹽味,仲有啲過分咸。然後四喜烤麩個賣相已經唔多討好,食落口個汁好似冇乜味咁,黑木耳都係得幾舊,唔講以為黑木耳好貴。至於醉雞,叫做有雞髀食,酒味都夠,但略嫌太生,有幾舊直頭滲出血水。然後到砂窩雲吞雞,份量十分少,只分到四人每人一碗,味道十分淡,好似飲緊一碗濃味過清水既湯咁,完全冇雞味,雲吞就不過不失,但都唔會覺得好食。我地仲叫左個松子鮮魚,啲魚都炸得夠脆,但係汁多到氾濫,而且味道太酸,可能係想蓋住魚既腥味,份量尚算多,但係根本吸引到人想不停食,最後都食剩左四份一。最後,我地有生日蛋糕,佢要收切餅費,都冇所謂,但係連應有既服務都冇,我地問佢攞刀,侍應叔叔仲要反問我地係

最後,我地有生日蛋糕,佢要收切餅費,都冇所謂,但係連應有既服務都冇,我地問佢攞刀,侍應叔叔仲要反問我地係咪喺度食,蛋糕都拎左出嚟,仲可以唔係喺度食嗎?

可能我同朋友不停傾計又叫咁少野,阻住佢地做生意(但其實當晚有三、四張空枱,唔算好多人),佢地突然間問都唔問有冇野再加就遞左張單上嚟,好似催我地埋單咁,到我地埋左單想坐多一陣,佢地都好直接咁要求我地走,我覺得十點禁堂食嚴格一點都好正常,亦會配合餐廳安排,但係果時講緊係大概九點八,而且仲有其他枱客人都係未走,咁點解要係咁催促我地呢?

總括而言,如果要我比呢個價錢食所謂的「高級上海菜」,我覺得食物質素同服務都十分需要改善,如果淨係想享受環境都可以一試的👍🏻
