壽司盛盒都有好多款,而且仲有反卷,阿豬媽想來想去,最後都係想食呢款特選壽司🍣,入面包含八款不同種類嘅魚生刺身,咁先夠滿足。

八款魚生包括赤身、油甘魚、三文魚、紋甲魷魚、左口魚邊、赤蝦、穴子同埋海膽,各款魚生厚切,肉質肥美,連壽司飯點豉油Wasabi一齊食,真係好高級嘅味蕾享受🔝。
而當中,阿豬媽最欣賞嘅當然係最高檔次的海膽軍艦壽司,海膽上面就放了丁點山葵,唔需要點任何豉油Wasabi醬汁,一旦放入口,味道濃郁,口感嫩滑,沒有腥味,明顯係高級的食材。

而熊妹就最喜歡穴子壽司,穴子比起鰻魚來說比較瘦,油脂少一點,size都細一點,所以肉質比較實一點, 不過同樣地有塗上醬汁,味道香濃,成條穴子尾包住一舊壽司飯黎講,份量都幾多。

有八大款美味嘅刺身仲包埋海膽,都係$198咁嘅價錢,絕對係相當抵食!

拎起羊架咬嚟食真係知滋味過慢慢切成一件件咁放入口,不過禮儀嘅問題,都係乖乖地切細切喇。羊肉嘅肉質燒到剛剛好,一啲都唔韌,又冇血水,但係肉質又非常軟淋,表面放上調味料來燒,保持到羊肉少少嘅騷味,但係又唔會太過龍接受唔到,呢個羊架真係做得幾出色!

我地嗌左八爪魚鰹魚沙律,呢個配搭好夾~
魚的鮮味加埋沙律好清新。
刺身併盤每片魚生都厚切,口感好豐富,滿滿魚油洋溢在口中!

呢間位於佐敦嘅醉酒可以話隱世得來又好方便,因為佐敦地鐵站行幾分鐘就到,但係位置比較遠離大街一啲,所以環境都好清靜。餐廳環境唔算太大,但係裝修都非常有日式居酒屋嘅氣氛,三五知己嚟坐低食吓嘢飲下清酒就最啱啦 !今日嚟到同朋友試咗幾款佐酒小食,同埋一個壽司盛,質素都非常唔錯👍🏻 壽司嘅刺身非常厚切,尤其是海膽同甜蝦,又大件又鮮甜,值得推介!串燒方面,呢度竟然有好罕見嘅提燈!佢哋嘅雞皮同牛舌,都非常高質,外皮脆得來入邊夠Juicy,同出邊嘅串燒專門店不相伯仲👍🏻👍🏻 仲有個芝麻雞翼同燒鰻魚都非常出色,超級熱辣辣,食到停唔到口😝總括嚟講,呢間居酒屋嘅價錢唔算貴,坐得又舒服,食物種類又多質素亦都非常平均,值得大家一試👍🏻
