復活節連續五天假期,現在又不能出外旅行,我諗應該好多香港人都會留港渡假,我也不例外相約幾位朋友去了坪洲一日遊,那天真的很多人搭船,我們搭12:00船入坪洲,落船後第一時間揾東西吃, 但周圍都十分多人, 最後我們選擇飲茶,去了一間懷舊茶室,我們大概等了十幾分鐘,因限聚令關係店員(應該係太子)好有禮貌說不如分開坐, 最後我們分開咗兩張枱坐。我和朋友,BB一枱坐,坐下也急不及待叫東西吃, 原來這裡是出車仔攞嘢食的,我們攞了鳳爪,排骨, 蝦餃, 雞扎, 花生豬手, 煎腐皮卷 ,鵪鶉蛋燒賣,另外有一些食物是要叫的, 我們叫了皮蛋肉碎粥和魚滑腸粉,真的好懷舊呢?煎腐皮卷好特別,即叫即煎,值得一試。 鵪鶉蛋燒賣很少地方有得食, 鵪鶉蛋加豬腩肉, 充滿油香, 偶爾一試也無妨。 花生豬手值得一試的。腸粉的靈魂是那些豉油呀。其他食物也可以。另外值得一讚的是, 全部店員服務態度一流, 我們不小心跌了筷子落地下, 他們攞了筷子給我們後還說幫你們用滾水淥一淥才再給你們,又不停幫我們加熱水呀😀

而且肉質十分軟稔,南乳的味道亦很濃厚

Destination for today is the Peng Chau Island. Never been to this island after all these years in HK so will have to explore it given the perfect weather condition today.

Got off the ferry around lunch time and walked past this place. Packed with locals with attractive local lunch menu and dim sums so without further ado I walked into the shop.

I ordered one of the lunch set which is the salty egg with steam mince meat. While waiting for my food, I've only then realised that they do the traditional dim sum trolley around the shop! that is almost disappearing everywhere else in HK and i'm certainly excited to see that action happening here in this shop!

The meat is not exactly minced which gives you a good texture of the meat and together with the salty egg, it is delicious! The portion is not huge which is nice for lunch and it also comes with a dish of vegies which is not in the photo. The steamed rice is nice too with a little bit of soy sauce in it, perfect lunch!

Many people visited there during lunch time and it only operates till around 2pm for weekday and 3pm for weekend, therefore must go to try it for lunch time! different kind of dim sum to choose it is being served on the tray instead of ticking the ordering sheet! 😀 本來有2天假期,應該係好舒服的。誰知早上氣温急降至8度,還要下着毛毛細雨!中午坐船抵達坪洲後,便到呢間'勝興茶室',冲番壺壽眉暖下個身先!今日事頭婆推介: 南乳豬手,炆得夠焾,幾入味; 伴碟花生還是香脆的; 跟餐的油菜頗為清甜爽口,醮少少豉油食,認真唔錯!後來另外試食咗1個豆沙包,餡料份量適中,味道尚可。OK!呢度的食肆,相信大部份都係家庭式經營,每朝5點左右開舖,做完早、午市後,下午2點便開始拾舖打烊了!衷心希望坪洲這個純樸的民風,能夠繼續維持下去吧…🙂🙂🙂!

😀 本來有2天假期,應該係好舒服的。誰知早上氣温急降至8度,還要下着毛毛細雨!中午坐船抵達坪洲後,便到呢間'勝興茶室',冲番壺壽眉暖下個身先!今日事頭婆推介: 南乳豬手,炆得夠焾,幾入味; 伴碟花生還是香脆的; 跟餐的油菜頗為清甜爽口,醮少少豉油食,認真唔錯!後來另外試食咗1個豆沙包,餡料份量適中,味道尚可。OK!呢度的食肆,相信大部份都係家庭式經營,每朝5點左右開舖,做完早、午市後,下午2點便開始拾舖打烊了!衷心希望坪洲這個純樸的民風,能夠繼續維持下去吧…🙂🙂🙂!

和两个姐妹一起跑来坪洲,一方面是为了吃早茶,还有就是看看这个小渔村。一大早到了小岛之后就直奔心心念念已久的胜兴,因为之前做了功课,很多人推荐坪洲这家老字号点心铺头。我们坐下之后被告知一会会有点心车推出来供我们选择,和莲香楼的运营模式一样,全凭运气来找自己的cup of tea。由于我们三没有吃早点就出门了,那时候已经十一点,我们在第一轮点心车上一次性选了四种-虾籽烧麦,虾饺,凤爪和糯米包,后者在莲香楼吃过一次,相比来说,莲香楼的更有味。值得一提的是烧麦很不错,紧实的口感,而凤爪和虾饺就太过于普通了,不甚推荐。之后我们单独点了虾皮肠粉,鱼蛋,还有他们的另外两个招牌-鹌鹑蛋烧卖和芋头烧腩卷。在等待的期间,我们又吃了炸芋饺,鲮鱼丸,鸡包仔,味道都很赞,尤其是鸡包仔,小伙伴说有妈妈的味道、儿时的感觉。肠粉是现场制作,粘糯可口,很值得一试。最后上来的烧腩包是我们最最期待的,并且不失所望,我对于芋头有不可言喻的热爱,包里面的芋头块很糯、香口,一定要试一下!我们三个女生吃了大约四五个人的分量,不得不说foodie is powerful下次如果有机会再来坪洲,一定要去玩一次瓷器workshop,还有

下次如果有机会再来坪洲,一定要去玩一次瓷器workshop,还有就是再来这家传统点心老店!还有很多没有尝试,下次打算试试看沙葛肠粉、春卷

放假去離島逛逛,走到坪洲小巷,經過一間舊式酒樓,要試下地道酒樓。保持懷舊酒樓方式,由店員推車買點心。先來個雞包仔各樣點心都是即做,味道不錯。酒樓老闆娘特別推介-''沙葛腸粉''。 腸粉幼滑,餡料喺用沙葛同紅蘿葡做,很爽口。離島舊式酒樓蠁不錯。頗有特式。
