一去到坪洲,肚子咕咕叫,走咗入一家茶室暖和下。店鋪氣氛得意,手推車仔行來走去,勁有那種懷舊feel😊。首打先試了蜜汁叉燒腸粉,叉燒肥瘦適中,甜甜地,好滿足。腸粉皮滑溜溜,跟住啲豉油幾夾,真係正!跟手黎個鵪鶉蛋燒賣,咬落去蛋香混合咗豬肉味,又滑又juicy,但我覺得味道可以再香啲就更加好啦🤤。蟹黃蒸燒賣就真係一絕,香濃豐富,餡料爆滿,一口一個剛剛好。肉溫潤,同燒賣皮合拍到不得了,食落有種幸福感覺👍。整體嚟講,這茶室令人憶起舊香港,食物質素好正,服務嘅笑臉加分,跌筷子都即刻換,一流!過嚟坪洲,下次都會再嚟呢度掃街。

蟹黃蒸燒賣就真係一絕,香濃豐富,餡料爆滿,一口一個剛剛好。肉溫潤,同燒賣皮合拍到不得了,食落有種幸福感覺👍。

整體嚟講,這茶室令人憶起舊香港,食物質素好正,服務嘅笑臉加分,跌筷子都即刻換,一流!過嚟坪洲,下次都會再嚟呢度掃街。

今日見天氣好,專程入坪洲行下朝早9:30就已經入到坪洲,即刻搵早餐食先因為太早所以無咩餐廳開門,行左幾步見呢間茶室有點心食就入去試下呢到d職員做野好隨意,就算寫左點心紙比佢落單,都唔會跟單出點心,反而會拎住一堆點心出來問你有冇邊樣岩食😅好彩佢地埋單係數枱面碗碟計數,所以其實可以無視左張點心紙🤣整體食物水準都唔錯,食完唔會好口渴,應該無咩味精,炸野都無油益味👍🏻👍🏻好過市區大酒樓好多🤣啦

呢到d職員做野好隨意,就算寫左點心紙比佢落單,都唔會跟單出點心,反而會拎住一堆點心出來問你有冇邊樣岩食😅


好彩佢地埋單係數枱面碗碟計數,所以其實可以無視左張點心紙🤣


整體食物水準都唔錯,食完唔會好口渴,應該無咩味精,炸野都無油益味👍🏻👍🏻好過市區大酒樓好多🤣啦

坪洲係一個還可以讓舊事物保留的地方。其中成興茶樓就是一個體驗老香港的好地方。成間餐廳其實面積不大,但枱同枱中間尚算空間充足。坐喺嚟都算舒服。而且茶樓仲保留左買少見少嘅手推點心車傳統。你鍾意用點心紙又得,出去搶點心又得點心其實是幾好味的,我們叫了很基本的蝦餃燒賣櫈都非常不錯。尤其推介腸粉因為米香很濃。另外有個桂花卷也很特別,應該是用了魚肉加入桂花輕輕油炸,是否屬於懷舊點心就不得而知了。喜歡懷舊的朋友不要錯過。

這天來到坪洲旅行,原本想去午餐的一家餐廳沒有開,見到這家勝興茶室有很多客人,很多都是坪洲人,很溫馨,便走進去。很開心見到久違了的點心車,内有蝦餃燒賣牛肉牛肚鷄紥等等。蝦餃鷄紥鯪魚球都是水準麻麻,當然來到坪洲,不能期望有市區大酒樓較高質素的點心。不過,最失望的是衛生很差,夥計態度愛理不理的。一位姐姐從厨房拿了一碟灼生菜出來,見到很多水,就用她一隻玉手按著菜’痹‘水落鋅盤内,不知她那雙手之前是否拿過抹臺布抹臺,實在恐怖。問另一位姐姐想吃隔離枱的釀豆腐,她就支吾以對,不知說是有定無。又叫了一碟葱花腸粉(要提這個腸粉很好吃,腸粉吃上口質感很好),腸粉沒有下豉油,便問姐姐拿豉油,她就指了指我枱上的豉油樽,我說要腸粉用的豉油呢,她轉頭就走開了。其實這裏是有腸粉豉油的,都好,過了幾分鐘,阿姐還是拿了過來。而這個豉油是放在一個燉盅,用一個瓦碟當蓋子來蓋著,隻瓦碟周度放,又蓋回,很不衛生。結果,之後無幾耐,我和朋友都感覺肚子不舒服,在坪洲行了少許,便趕緊坐船回香港島。朋友發了少少燒,過一天肚子好轉,我現在是第二天,肚子還是不舒服中。

一班好友行完半個坪州後又係時候要醫肚,一早係 open rice揾定呢間好懷舊嘅茶室。一睇門面似舊式冰室,入到去要自己搵位,坐低後阿姐就問幾多位及飲乜茶,然後就擺低啲碗筷,轉過頭就沖咗壼茶放低,見到佢依然係用點心車叫賣,係市區市已經近乎絕蹟!見佢嘅南乳花生豬手好吸引,忍唔住叫了兩碟,豬手炆得好夠淋又夠入味,非常好味!呢款桂花卷喺老板娘極力推介,佢原來係魚肉卷,上面有啲蔥花 再配泰式酸甜醬,味道都好夾,唔錯。呢三款點心,糯米包、 鯪魚球同蝦餃就好一般。煎魚餅配泰式酸甜醬都ok好味。雞扎用料唔係魚肚而係豬皮,另外還有蟹柳同芋頭,味道還可以。燒賣都好實淨,味道正常!鳳爪就差少少,再炆淋啲就唔錯!呢個梅菜蒸鯇魚係套餐,附送油菜、例湯及白飯一碗,食完阿姐先記得上碟生菜同碗湯。呢個餐要58元,碟鯇魚份量都幾多,梅菜唔鹹,都幾好味!

一向都鍾意食懷舊茶樓,難得入到坪洲就試下勝興茶室懷舊茶樓係冇新酒樓裝修得好靚,但就係貪佢呢種淺綠色的裝修我地大概11點到,好明顯坐低都係老街坊一入到就自己揀位,姐姐就比D熱水你洗碗同開茶仲會話比你知有咩點心出緊,同推介桂花卷,話係呢到招牌,好,要!桂花卷:係腐皮卷住啲魚,一層一層,魚肉配腐皮,仲要即炸,配埋個汁仲叫左糯米包、燒賣同鵪鶉蛋燒賣糯米包D飯粒粒分明,雖然唔多爉味,但味道適中腸粉係即整,唔好睇個皮好似好厚,其實好滑其實咁多硬野,都好飽但茶水姐姐話佢地D糕好好食,一定要試,我地猶豫太多,佢就話可以每款揀一件:芋頭糕、蘿蔔糕同魚餅芋頭糕好好食呀,又煎得好靚,推薦~~~~

半年內連續造訪坪州四次,腦內已經有島上地圖🗺️ 島上分別在碼頭附近跟內街有兩家碩果僅存的舊式茶樓,有潔癖的我只有到過內街的勝興茶室。喜歡用味蕾紀錄傳統的香港點心,有別於機器大量生產的連鎖酒樓,勝興的點心師傅每天新鮮人手製作。味道未算吮指回味,但小島的茶樓人情文化很吸引我~推車一推出馬上就聽到來自四方八面的點心呼喊,太矜持可能要等下一輪啦!必點舊式小型酒樓限定鵪鶉蛋燒賣跟招牌桂花卷🤤鵪鶉蛋燒賣大概是因為做工麻煩跟膽固醇高,現在已經不常見了,一看到就必須拿下。桂花卷沒有桂花,就是煎魚肉腐皮捲,沾泰式酸辣醬香口好吃!

推車一推出馬上就聽到來自四方八面的點心呼喊,太矜持可能要等下一輪啦!必點舊式小型酒樓限定鵪鶉蛋燒賣跟招牌桂花卷🤤鵪鶉蛋燒賣大概是因為做工麻煩跟膽固醇高,現在已經不常見了,一看到就必須拿下。桂花卷沒有桂花,就是煎魚肉腐皮捲,沾泰式酸辣醬香口好吃!

今天天氣,天朗氣清,陽光普照😎🌞,一於坪洲一天遊。行完山,接近一點鬆啲,便搵嘢食,但係出名嘅餐廳都已經大排長龍,我們行咗一段時間大概兩點,另一間中式點心舖頭,有位便入去食。我覺得好味就係粉果,好大件,新鮮滾熱辣出嚟 ,外皮鬆軟,好多餡。另外還有金錢肚,唔韌,味道醃製都唔錯。豬潤腸粉,新鮮滾熱辣腸粉皮好滑,豬潤唔韌,都算爽口,幾特別。還有招牌點心桂花卷,其實係腐皮包住啲桂花魚,腐皮脆口,包咗啲鯪魚肉幾特別。其他點心,小籠包、蝦餃、燒賣、鯪魚球味道一般,冇特別。鋪頭比較狹窄,但係啲點心都係新鮮滾熱辣做出嚟嘅。

其他點心,小籠包、蝦餃、燒賣、鯪魚球味道一般,冇特別。

鋪頭比較狹窄,但係啲點心都係新鮮滾熱辣做出嚟嘅。

好啦,千呼萬喚終於等到一碟綜魚喇。你老尾,又話有魚腩碎嘅?碟上得四副魚嘴喎。我哋都好肚餓,唔高興都要馬上郁手。因為面頭舖咗層梅菜,諗住下層可能收埋咗啲肉呢?一舊,兩舊,三舊,食晒四副魚嘴,原來真係得魚嘴,乜腩都無。大佬一個套餐收我六十蚊,結果等三個字食一碟無肉嘅魚嘴?認真咩?同埋佢嘅例湯送完即止,當時下晝一點,已經無上任何例湯。我食到中途搵極都搵唔到肉,塊面已經黑過舊炭。最後上埋肉餅,普通,重要細碟。正常我係唔會畀六十蚊食肉餅蒸飯咯。肉塊入面有馬蹄,家人因為唔食馬蹄,結果成餐幾乎只係食咗啲飯,之後成個下晝都嗌肚餓。

畀錢嗰吓,忍唔住問咗阿姐波。落錯單要人白等,以為有兩份點知得一份,話有魚腩肉點知得四副魚嘴,咁樣就收人百二蚊,認真咩?好心廚房見唔夠料就咪出餐畀人啦,你呃緊人食你啲廚餘呀。其中一個阿姐覺得唔好意思,話下次再去佢畀返多啲我,但我估無下次喇。食餐飯都係希望心滿意足啫?食到咁失望又成肚火,我就唔想再搏啦。
