申子海膽和牛燒職員喺我哋面前用火槍燒,之後就將和牛包住飯同蛋,再放上海膽。火槍燒和牛唔會燒好耐,肉質唔會因為火燒而太過硬。和牛味道鮮嫩,入口即溶,配上海膽,淡淡都係鮮味極上蟹膏蟹肉燉飯上面有一個完整嘅蟹殼,上面鋪滿咗蟹膏,燉飯大概係用咗忌廉,有少少似西式嘅意大利飯,不過就用咗日本嘅珍珠米,每一啖飯都有蟹肉同埋蟹膏,我本身好鍾意食蟹,所以呢個幾啱我廣島蠔鍋我最鍾意喺呢個鍋,雖然佢唔係好大,但係佢有三至四隻廣島蠔,真係好大隻,食落去好鮮味,配合蘑菇、娃娃菜等嘅配菜,加多一碗白飯,就好完美,而且湯吸收咗蠔嘅鮮味,好好飲
