 一直想去的 申子居酒屋,最近終於找到機會去銅鑼灣分店。午市原來做緊套餐買一送一優惠,而且送的丼飯份量都一樣。之前如果覺得單價較貴就卻步的話,不妨襯這個優惠來吃吃看吧。銅鑼灣店的座位都幾闊落,2人用餐也安排到梳化卡座。店員的服務態度亦不錯,很好笑容也會主動添茶。🍣壽司定食 (HKD 298)定食包括了麵豉湯、沙律和前菜。沙律是蟹肉蟹籽再加上青瓜,夠清爽。前菜則是軟嫩入味的牛舌。一共有六款壽司和三片厚切肥美的三文魚刺身,整體都很新鮮。煙韌彈牙的烏冬亦不錯,湯底味道濃郁且有濃稠感,頗掛汁的喔。🍚鰻魚玉子丼飯鰻魚好肥美好大條!不過吃的時候要小心有魚刺。帶甜味的玉子同樣是厚厚的一大塊,整碗超豐富足料。要注意不夠HKD 500只能付現金。

沙律是蟹肉蟹籽再加上青瓜,夠清爽。前菜則是軟嫩入味的牛舌。
一共有六款壽司和三片厚切肥美的三文魚刺身,整體都很新鮮。
