成個壽喜燒熱辣辣,一擺上枱就已經聞到好香嘅牛肉味,入邊仲有冬菇,煮到十分入味同埋份量都好充足。

和風牛舌丼
識落有一種入口即溶嘅感覺,好似食緊一個好高質嘅和牛,十分惹味,配上檸檬汁亦都好突出到個味道。

鰻魚玉子丼飯
鰻魚大大條,而且食落中間亦都冇乜骨,配上佢秘製醬汁好好味,再加上厚厚的玉子,食落覺得好滿足。

牛舌芯同我喺旺角分店食嘅味道完全一樣,烹煮時間啱啱好,所以即使每塊都係厚切,但入口有肉汁,夠軟綿,點上海鹽一齊食,使味道變得更濃郁,而點袖子食,會讓牛舌多了一份酸味,更能帶出牛舌嘅肉香。
