色方面:
美色方面,我覺得5號是最美,婀娜多姿,如雙手橫伸,蝴蝶袖拂動,髻釵高豎,襦裙下擺。4號太瘦,6號太肥。
顏色方面,此店傳承關東製法,把麻油加入沙律油內,使用大量蛋白質較低的麵粉做「炸衣」,故顏色偏深如褐色。
香港常吃的天富羅是關西形式的,粉薄色黃。
我覺得顏色如棕種人,可以接受,不應岐視非黃種人。
「掛漿」方面,香港人怕「粉樣」,不喜歡滿口炸粉;我覺得「關東炸」沒有此流弊,亦不覺油膩。

香方面:
此店傳承關東製法,用木魚花,冬菇等神秘材料製汁,淋在丼上(如選定食,則另碟上)。此舉減少了香脆的口感,如用水淋火,亦令飯粒太軟太咸。
下次我一定切記要吩咐少汁,因為此汁很咸呢。
北海道的七星米不算很香,我喜歡本州的珍珠米。

午飯生意不多,此店應要有一「少」,一「多」:
少丼汁。香港人慣食香脆口味,此店應以碟盛醬汁,由食客自行加上或蘸點。
多配搭。應讓食客按喜愛,選天富羅種類。如我想吃魷魚野菜餅,櫻花蝦餅,蠔,便未如願以償,蝦有5隻,我則覺得太多。香港人多喜愛有選擇自由,如此才多回頭客。
現在要三個月內儲分制度不好。難道一季我會吃五次或以上?
改良後,餐牌亦不須如此複雜。
反而可增時令套餐,調節旺淡。

自從去完日本返黎,由於日本有很多天婦羅的專門店,相比起香港真係少之又少,心思思又想試吓天婦羅,最後搵到一間專門食天婦羅嘅專門店,訂了枱,入到去坐卡位環境都算舒服,燈光暗暗,靜靜的,很有日本格調,最後叫左個海老天丼,因為有五隻天婦羅蝦既關係,感覺亦比較抵,所以最後毫無猶豫叫咗,以天婦羅來講種類都算多!等待大概15分鐘左右,首先講講賣相都很好,同餐牌嘅圖差不多,至於味道方面,一開始梗係食隻下先啦,蝦的質地一般,不算極新鮮,咬落去的時候沒有很脆很爽的感覺,至於其他野菜天婦羅則比較好,飯有天婦羅汁的味道,夠晒入味!值得一讚!

I wasn't that hungry so I ordered the smaller portion, I think it is a good idea so we don't need to waste food. This "sumire" don contains conger eel, prawn and three types of veggie. All the tempura were crispy with thin and tasty coating. The eel was delicious, it was soft and flavourful. The prawn was big and crunchy. I actually quite like the veggie tempura; pumpkin, chilli and eggplant were all very tasty, they were soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside. The rice was so yummy, I think it was because of the special sauce that they add on.

'I' tendon:
My friend got a different "don", his one contains snapper, squid kakiage and prawns. He is a big fan of prawn tempura so he ordered this "don" which contains two prawns. The snapper was soft and smooth. I found the squid quite interesting, the texture was soft and different and very yummy.

天婦羅丼可以話係我最愛日本菜的頭三位,比起就咁食,配埋飯的確係不同風味,呢間主打真。日本人製作的天丼想試很久,到底有咩乾坤?答案係:有點失望。天婦羅炸得係有到位,外面係脆身都唔算太厚,但問題在於食材,隻蝦無蝦味啲肉又太實,感覺得不新鮮,南瓜唔知係咪唔當造唔甜既,唯一條露荀幾鮮甜⋯同埋點解有苦瓜,就算係每日用最新鮮的蔬菜都好,如果講明會好啲,唔係人人食既。朋友指個汁太多好咸,但我覺得ok啦因為我中意食多汁飯,不過一次就夠,百幾蚊一個丼真係唔值,燒唔到我再黎第二次。

朋友指個汁太多好咸,但我覺得ok啦因為我中意食多汁飯,不過一次就夠,百幾蚊一個丼真係唔值,燒唔到我再黎第二次。

網上對這間淺草有名的過江龍「下町天丼 秋光」評價好壞參半,但對於愛吃天丼的我,總要一試才安樂。早前午飯時間叫了個最貴的五代目天丼定食,要$250(加一後$275),雖包前菜、味噌湯及飲品,仍算貴。這個天丼採用「時令食材」,但必有海鰻,肉質真的比河鰻爽而有質感,條海鰻骨幾脆,蝦及小蝦製成的蝦餅亦不俗,另有一條不知名的小魚帶苦味,但最特別是一件充滿魚春的魚肉。有些人或許會覺得這裏的炸漿較厚,其實只屬關東普遍的做法。還有吃天丼不是吃天婦羅,天丼要先下汁,所以吃落唔脆身也是正常。整體而言也不是那些負評講的那麼差,只是性價比不夠高,真的只是食名氣。畢竟天丼在日本是平民化的東西,來到香港才變得這樣高檔。

I'm not sure what's happened to this place - if it's a change of owner, change of chef or both. But the place is now dead and the quality is poor. I've been here five times and yesterday's tempura was poor. The batter was just soggy and not well fried at all. The sauce that they drizzle over the prawns tastes a bit bland too. Sad to see the restaurant go this way. Won't be going back for a sixth time

朋友急call,朋友話自己好想食天婦羅。本來今天有啲喉嚨乾乾中哋,但我決定唯有捨命陪君子啦!本身都是天婦羅愛好者,好期待想試吓呢間餐廳,因為聽講是日本有名的天婦羅店。上到去係Lunch hour 去到大約有五六台客人。樓上鋪來講都算有啲人氣。我哋叫咗兩款,一款係天婦羅丼,(天婦羅放喺飯上面加埋汁上)另外一款係天婦羅跟白飯沒有淋汁上面,汁on side嘅。天婦羅丼唔好睇佢個樣唔係太吸引,但係一食落去就知道佢同其他天婦羅有啲唔同,採用材料有鮮味,由其是係冬菇同埋海曼,炸粉唔會太厚,炸得又好脆,點埋個被制醬汁一啲油膩感覺都冇,最緊要一定要趁熱食。仲有個天婦羅汁裏邊一定有奧秘,好鮮甜,好好味成餐食完之後覺得喉嚨一啲事都冇,唔會覺得好油黐住個口,下次一定要來試吓其他嘅嘢食!

唔好睇佢個樣唔係太吸引,但係一食落去就知道佢同其他天婦羅有啲唔同,採用材料有鮮味,由其是係冬菇同埋海曼,炸粉唔會太厚,炸得又好脆,點埋個被制醬汁一啲油膩感覺都冇,最緊要一定要趁熱食。仲有個天婦羅汁裏邊一定有奧秘,好鮮甜,好好味


成餐食完之後覺得喉嚨一啲事都冇,唔會覺得好油黐住個口,下次一定要來試吓其他嘅嘢食!

去銅鑼灣睇戲前,喺附近搵嘢食,行到登龍街就揀咗秋光食天婦羅,上到餐廳地方唔大,睇餐牌食物選擇種類唔算多,主打為天丼。二人點了一客五代目天丼,由廚師選擇7款時令食材,有海鰻、海老、生蠔、帶子、鰻魚骨、蟹鉗、茄子。賣相不錯,鰻魚骨鬆脆,生蠔肥美,其他食品一般,而整體略嫌炸漿厚及油份較多。另外點了一客魷魚明太子、蕃薯、杮爷海鮮沙律。想讚的是杮爷海鮮沙律⋯⋯有驚喜。價錢方面略嫌貴,因以餐廳裝潢跟食材用料未見特別。
