見到網上好多好評價👍🏿,心思思自己又想去試下😋。旺角一直沿花園街走到盡頭,掛滿燈籠🏮係門口,沒有特別嘅裝潢,亦無吸引嘅餐牌,看來係行實力路線。點咗招牌「奶油蝦煲🦐」實在不得了,大頭蝦一係滿滿的蝦耔、一係爆哂嘅蝦膏,好新鮮而家奶油香,好正😋!另外點咗「冰震魷魚🦑」、「醉雞卷」,都係不過不失,其實賣的是台灣料理,雖然無話係正宗,但見到係用心製作,食得好滿意🤡。門口有水缸養住大頭蝦,絕對放心👍🏿

星期日晩上的蝦棧, 食客不多, 這讓我和我的朋友享受一個甚為寧靜的晚餐. 蝦棧以蝦命名, 自然也以蝦的菜式作主打. 這裡的蝦應該是從店面的水缸拿起即煮吧! (笑) 蝦肉彈牙而且鮮味十足, 廚師在煮之前在背後𠝹一刀, 令其更容易在食之前被取出. 蝦以胡椒煮成, 微辛的味道進入蝦肉之中, 甚為惹味.其他菜式也做得不錯, 像是上湯煮蜆的蜆肉厚滿而沒有沙, 又或是醉雞卷的酒香味豐盈但不刺鼻. 唯一不滿的是雞煲的雞肉煮得有點老, 味道也有點柔和, 只能説雞煲本身不是台菜的料理, 而這裡說自己是台菜餐廳吧! 不正宗地處理自然可以理解的.

其他菜式也做得不錯, 像是上湯煮蜆的蜆肉厚滿而沒有沙, 又或是醉雞卷的酒香味豐盈但不刺鼻. 唯一不滿的是雞煲的雞肉煮得有點老, 味道也有點柔和, 只能説雞煲本身不是台菜的料理, 而這裡說自己是台菜餐廳吧! 不正宗地處理自然可以理解的.

之前曾吃過2次,今晚再次幫襯,水準依然,沒有令我失望。香辣手撕雞,辣度適中,雞肉嫩滑。麻辣臭豆腐,揣上桌時臭味不會很濃烈,吃時放近鼻子嗅才嗅出味道,豆腐香滑有豆香,鴨血嫩滑,腐皮爽口。(唔記得影相)樹子冰菜,樹子微酸的味道和冰菜綿潤爽脆口感非常合配。魯肉麵,魯肉做得很好,沒有油膩感覺。黑椒墨魚刈包,第一次食墨魚餡的刈包,而且出乎預料整隻墨魚上,墨魚做得很出色,十分爽口彈牙多汁。另外仲有幾種味道的墨魚刈包可選擇。桂花蕃薯芋圓,台灣糖水的標誌,難有突破,但選料實在,蕃薯軟熟綿密沒有渣,芋圓煙靭有咬口,不是麵粉口感,糖水甜度適中,有淡淡桂花香,份量十足。

總括黎講,可一不可再!台灣嘢,但台灣嘢食唔正宗之余,價錢略嫌離譜!可能老闆擺晒所有心機係d蝦度!無可厚非,你鋪頭名都叫蝦棧 !但講番轉頭,d嘢食你擺得係餐牌,就應該煮得好食,對得住佢個價錢!呢餐飯,三個人食,埋單,差唔多8舊,但其實係唔飽嘅!

淨係想試蝦嘅朋友仔可以一試,但如果純粹想食台灣嘢,就大家見仁見智啦!

太子一帶特色小店林立頗多臥虎藏龍小店早前經過一間以食蝦作招徠的食店覺得很特別因為一般都不會有食蝦的專門店門口放滿一個個養蝦的魚缸蝦很新鮮的感覺 水質也良好小店裝修新穎但廚藝功夫老到點了招牌奶油蝦一試從未試過奶油配蝦的配搭奶油顯得蝦的肉質更滑甜甜的吃了一隻就停不了也點了黑蒜油雞煲要讚一讚他們汁料的調味很家庭式的感覺 沒有味精 吃得舒服而且雞也很新鮮另外新鮮的東風螺白灼就可以家鄉米粉也不錯總括來說就是給我一種家的感覺衛生小品用心自家製作PS:還有台式飲料呢!

另外新鮮的東風螺白灼就可以
家鄉米粉也不錯

總括來說就是給我一種家的感覺

小小的一間店,但裝修得有台灣感覺,乾淨舒適。服務員誠懇有禮,叫了1支台灣啤,不但給我們雪凍了的杯,而且把酒放在冰桶中保存,幫客人添酒,好貼心。食物方面,每款都很有水準。醉雞卷有很香的花雕酒味😋。麻辣臭豆腐雖然不及台灣的臭,但乜很野味。 胡椒蝦煲,好香辣鮮味,蝦好多蝦膏,正! 麻醬小魚伴秋葵清清地,可以幫助解辣。火焰雪山焗鱸魚,上枱時在鹽面點火再燒下,魚味更香和嫩滑😋😋。魯肉炒新竹米粉,好香好味。煎餅味道ok。食完仲送甜品,粉圓涼粉,唔太甜,。伴菜仲用上貴價的雨衣金蘭。每道菜都好美味,值得推介,下次再食,試下其他菜😋😋。

A really nice, clean and friendly place ... with the freshest shrimps we have had for years. A small but well executed menu. For a change (in Hong Kong) the service was great! Also it’s very nice to eat in here as the atmosphere is relaxed and not to noisy. You should try it... you wouldn’t be disappointed.
