香港拉麵店愈開愈多,有gimmick的,有sell貴食材的,也有打卡的。嗯,我從不喜歡過眼雲煙,由始至終只愛實力的味道。每年總有一兩日會好想食沾麵,那些時候我便會想到周月,已經來了好幾年。記得第一次在東京吃Fuungi的沾麵,那時驚覺怎麼有這麼掛汁的麵,有這麼重魚油香卻又不會膩的湯底。周月的湯調得不錯,是我最愛又老套的魚介豚骨。好吧,湯,香港不下一間做得好,但這裡出色的是麵,掉進湯汁撈出已明顯的沾到汁,放進口就是麥的香味,咬一下便會知道彈牙。吃完十分滿足,這種不變的美好能令我心情大好。希望周月能在這速食文化下長久走下去吧🍜P.S 小食雞軟骨也十分不錯!

In the realm of Ramen, Hong Kong's game is getting better. Call ahead or arrive early, and put your name down, because this spot is wildly popular. The line usually curls around the block, and makes the anticipation of tucking into a steaming bowl even the more sweet. The waiter showed us to our table when we finally had our names called, the decor was dark and modern. Ordering was a decision of being tempted to get the whole menu, but realising of course that return visits are optimal.

I opted for the Shoyu Soba. The ramen was perfectly delightful, great noodles, good broth and a well-cooked egg. Everything was seasoned well and the noodles had a delightful chew. I would highly recommend this spot in the growing competitive nature of Hong Kongs Ramen empire.

open rice上点了外卖自取,朋友帮忙拿回来发现少了一份另外加钱的鸡汤。打电话到店家,店员表示很忙(12点到下午5点都很忙)不会额外送,而且也不知道地址(告诉她在landmark对面,她也推脱说不知道),店员表示也不能退款。态度极其恶劣,只说下次去的时候送我一碗汤,但我想说的是,店大欺客,店员态度十分恶劣,真的很差劲。本来价格就偏高,还不配齐菜品,更重要的是,出了差错,一副"不关我事,你自己看着办"的态度,好感全无。不会去第二次

叫咗一碗$150嘅辣沾面,有三塊細叉燒,80%肥。本來都諗住算,但食到最後,望住呢堆肥膏,都係忍唔住問:「可唔可以比一塊仔冇咁肥嘅叉燒我?」個女收銀話:「吓?你都食到咁,點樣換俾你?」我強調:「都係睇吓可唔可以補一塊,你都可以睇到幾肥,基本上無肉。」女收銀堅持:「你食到咁我換唔到俾你喎!」咁我只好放棄啦~順便放棄埋呢間嘢嚕,咁嘅態度。中環都開左咁多間拉麵店,有其他選擇既~

呢日同女朋友去完大館同PMQ打卡,就碌落幾條街搵地方食晚飯。行到去歌賦街,係比較多餐廳嘅一條街,女朋友點指兵兵就點咗去周月試下。聽就聽得多,但食都係第一次。餐廳環境幾型格,燈光偏暗。我地一人叫左一碗麵,再交換試下。我要左周月沾麵,醬汁有得揀濃湯或者淡湯,我就梗係要濃啦。沾麵份量幾多,但整體味道一般。湯底本身比較重口味,唔關濃定淡湯事。女朋友就點左帆立貝油.麵,即係拌麵,聽落就幾特別,但實際又唔係好知乜味,撈起上黎就油左少少哈哈。另外,佢有隻蛋比你自己打落去的。女朋友最終只係食左兩啖就搶左我個沾麵食。周月唔難食既,份量夠多,但偏重口味,唔係真係吹到咁正咁解。

我要左周月沾麵,醬汁有得揀濃湯或者淡湯,我就梗係要濃啦。沾麵份量幾多,但整體味道一般。湯底本身比較重口味,唔關濃定淡湯事。
