平時都有去開深圳食川菜, 一直都係本人既心水菜式, 但係香港食果D川菜, 好似都係差少少咁, 唔知係咪香港人仲意少鹽少油, 所以好多時都令到菜式都失色不少, 最近睇雜誌見到係銅鑼灣開咗間川菜館, 叫川府宴, 其中有一個朋友試過, 佢大讚喎, 所以約埋幾個朋友仔去試下先~ BOOK咗星期一 7PM 四位, 上到去地方唔大, 但係好骨子, 牆上D畫同面具裝飾好多~ 打卡一流架~ 之後我地點咗幾個菜, 有豆腐皮蛋, 皮蛋係溏心架~ 配合埋D麻辣汁好正好開胃, 回鍋肉炒得好有鑊氣, 功夫小菜, 椒鹽鮑魚, 鮑魚好新鮮好彈牙, 外脆內軟, 必叫之選, 瑤柱蛋白炒飯, 炒得好乾身, 好有鑊氣, 又一功夫菜式總結: 所有食物都好有心機製作, 好味, 值得推介

近排想食川菜,友人帶路去銅鑼灣試下樓上餐廳。第一次試冰菜沙律,冰菜夠曬凍,入口好冰涼爽脆啱曬夏天食。叫得沙律當然要淋下芝麻醬,酸酸地夠開胃嘛。燈影鴨真係薄到透曬光,風乾到半脆半韌,上面淋咗類似水煮魚嘅辣汁,食落味道無咁寡。底下有啲炸芋頭絲墊底,幾脆口但無乜味。手撕雞好大碟,但雞肉比較少,有大量萵筍絲同炸芋頭絲墊底。雞肉有啲嚡,麻辣味幾勁愈食愈辣。友人點咗魚春卜唇煲,湯底類似水煮魚嘅麻辣湯。本人唔太鍾意食內臟,好在入面仲有萵筍片同闊薯粉,雖然唔多但都好過無。最後都試咗少少魚春,個人覺得有啲腥,友人就很喜歡。除咗沙律外碟碟味道都夠麻夠辣,食到最尾食咩一樣味,陣味好勁~😊

冷氣充足,環境舒適有格調,聽著英文歌曲,氣氛柔和不嘈吵,坐得挺舒服。涼拌麻辣魷魚麻香滿滿,不能看少的辣度,我就相當熱愛呀!雞絲粉皮53賣相精緻,不糊口的粉皮,能全部沾上麻辣醬。水煮魚,超巨型!這一大盤比前三碟加起來還要大,內含必有的魚塊,厚切口感煙韌,配上萵筍豆芽跟寬粉,這無敵的掛湯組合簡直是對鍋底辣油致敬!涼拌雞絲粉皮雖然有辣椒碎,舌頭會麻痹,但是一點都不辣,雞肉鮮嫩,湯汁味道特別,一試上癮,另外有萵筍片,浸滿了湯汁都好吃。

點菜時服務員推介了數款餐牌沒有例出的是日菜式,我們便點了一個光聽菜名都不曉的菜式試試。將炒過的大米磨成粉末,並與醃好的牛肉撈勻後蒸1小時,外表貌似糯米飯,但黏立感相對較少牛肉蒸至肉質少許鬆散易咬開之餘又不失咬口,加上大米粉末及辣油包裹著牛肉令其水份沒有大大流失,所以牛肉既有嚼勁又保留到肉汁。沒有糯米飯般飽滯但做到相似效果,既有淡淡米飯味又有黏立感

川菜以「麻」及「辣」為主角,前菜品嚐過川菜的「辣」,體驗「麻」必點藤皇痲香雞莫屬,白切雞被藤椒油浸著,內裡除了包含藤椒外還有花椒、萵筍、木耳、芝麻及大量蔥花。白切雞肉質嫩滑而且脂肪比例少所以啖啖肉,但略嫌雞件份量較少,第一次品嚐萵筍的我表示喜愛其質感,雖然沒有顯著或獨有味道,但被醬汁與藤椒油浸著仍有爽脆口感,此餸菜只帶微辣,及後發覺舌頭會愈吃愈麻,有麻痹感,果然痲而不太辣

最後點選了由服務員介紹可以解辣的一款甜品,透明冰粉質感如啫喱,滑得如豆腐花,冰凍可解渴,雖然無色無味,但加上紅糖水、山楂餅、提子乾和杞子的甜與酸,吃後不旦解辣還透心涼~川茶之夜真令同事與我大開眼界,罕有得菜式,辣得有層次,煮法多款式,不過對於不常吃辣的我而言較油膩也謝謝同事的好推介
