望落去以為同平時食開嘅雜菜煲差唔多,但係佢落咗煙肉去炒,煙肉嘅鹹香味令到煲入面嘅菜都顯得好惹味,令到成煲菜都唔覺得淡。啲菜亦都非常之有口感,完全唔會稔,咬落去仲係爽嘅!

一上菜嘅時候熱辣辣,非常惹味。但係建議如果真係要嗌呢一味菜,就要多啲人先好嗌,因為一定要趁熱食先得,由於我哋兩個叫得太多野嘅關係,食左四份三就冷落左佢,結果最後想食嘅時候佢已經稔左

紅糖/桂花冰粉

之前完全未食過冰粉,見到個名就想試吓,紅糖冰粉食落就比較清淡,但係好清爽。而桂花冰粉就加入左蜜糖,食落去比較甜,但係一樣都好好味!兩碗冰粉上面都放咗杞子、提子乾同埋山楂餅,啲山楂餅微微嘅酸味配埋冰粉一齊食真係好夾!呢兩款甜品都極度推薦大家去試吓。

香港的川菜总的水平都不高,本来也没有太高的期望。但是菜单价格给人感觉或许口味上会有惊喜。哪知道菜上来之后,刚刚积累的一点小期望被完全消灭。隔两条街的四姐川菜,相信大多爱川菜的港漂应该都去过,口味跟这里基本差不多,但至少价格是这里的一半。被推荐的酸菜鱼贵得离谱也就罢了,竟然是我吃过的最难吃的鱼(不是最难吃的酸菜鱼,是最难吃的鱼)。其他几样(夫妻肺片,泡椒大肠,土豆丝)就是香港其他几家川菜馆的平均水平,谈不上出彩,好在还能吃。

午餐試新嘢,今日試川菜。愛辣的我們叫了麻辣鴨血,麻婆豆腐和口水雞餐。麻辣鴨血麻味不足,辣味亦唔特出,只是鴨血夠滑,但覺得淡而無味。口水雞小小的,全是雞胸,味道亦唔合格,反而伴碟花生脆口。只有麻婆豆腐最好吃,豆腐夠滑,醬汁香麻,但再辣點更好。試一次便夠了。

酸菜石斑魚:本來想轉桂花魚,但待應回覆石斑比桂花魚新鮮,當時覺得有點奇怪,桂花魚是淡水魚,會不比石斑魚新鮮?故此再提問,石斑魚可以做到嫩滑嗎?既然推介石斑魚新鮮及可以做到嫩滑,就不妨一試,實在有點失望,酸菜太鹹,魚肉太鞋,可能落少幾樣辣椒及味料,味道不太正宗!


辣子雞:雞件太大,炸得都夠鬆化,上碟夠大,辣椒夠多,雞件太少


蒸雞:雞夠嫩滑,湯汁有酒味,味道尚可!

酸辣土豆絲:太濕,炒得不夠乾爽,味道合宜!

啫啫芥蘭:大大敗筆之一,太太太鹹,太濕,太淋漿料味道奇怪,菜飛過水太耐,完全沒有啫啫煲之感!

椒鹽蝦:本來想選擇鮑魚,落單後上了幾個頭盤才回覆沒有鮑魚,只有兩隻,餐廳地方不算太大,只招呼兩張13位大枱,及幾張得細枱,但都未有足夠應付供應,最後只好選擇椒鹽蝦,但煮得相當不錯,味道非常好,夠脆口,意料之外


瑤柱蛋白炒飯:炒得夠乾身,味道亦非常好,份量亦都足夠


担担麵:太乾身,只有辣味,冇其他味道,雖然份量夠多,但食淨一大碟


紅糖冰粉:一碗比較甜,令一碗有沒有味道,有些味道啱啱好,應該係做好後每碗才落紅糖,可能師傅趕收工,求求其其!

全間餐廳只見兩位待應, 招呼未能顧及,點菜半小時後才上第一個冷盤,等了20分鐘才上其中兩個冷盤,要不斷催促,不太肯定是傳菜,廚房,或待應人手不足!總括有些失望

係我地最滿意既一道菜式,因為食唔到辣既朋友關係,我地全部野都只係叫左小辣,但呢盤辣子雞都食到我地鼻水流曬出黎,開頭第一舊都只係覺得香料幾足,咸咸地辣辣地幾過癮,點知食多幾舊就黎料,辣味衝左上黎,後勁好強!正呀!當然個位朋友食左一舊都無就停左手😂
所以食辣既朋友一定要叫,食唔到既就一定唔好叫!😂😂

同囡囡行完街,佢話想食酸菜魚,於是用開飯app搵,揀左呢間,因為就腳,同埋見食評唔錯。打開餐牌,阿女話酸菜魚528蚊,之前響旺角尖沙咀食過幾間,最貴都係三百幾。我覺得價錢唔緊要,至緊要啲質素對得住個價就得。酸菜魚上到黎,味道比預期好,魚肉新鮮滑溜入味,伴菜有豆牙,夢卜,粉皮之類,都幾好味,呢part值得贊。要彈嘅,係食物份量 - 落單時職員特登提我「係一條桂花魚嘅份量」,但係我同阿女夾左幾次就幾乎夾唔到成塊嘅魚肉,撈出來都係拌菜。平時我唔食魚頭同尾嘅,但真係想食多幾塊,今次唯有「輪」埋⋯⋯總結:味道幾好,但份量同價錢唔成正比。計埋加一,6舊水得10零塊魚肉,真係偏貴囉。如果用而家興嘅性價比標準,佢會好低分。我明白香港租金貴人工高皮費重,但仍然希望食肆可以有良心啲,咁先會有回頭客。
