之前黎過呢到食口水雞,覺得唔錯,而且價錢都相宜。今次再黎食佢個午餐。下午時間都唔算好多人,唔洗等就有位。餐廳環境都好有特色。我今次點咗個瑤柱蠔仔泡飯。飯量相當多,相信足夠兩個女生食。蠔仔好鮮,而且蠔仔份量都唔少,不過就唔係好見到瑤柱既蹤影啦。

其實我同男人都很愛吃辣,有時會找一些麻辣餐廳去試試!今次便去了這家在銅鑼灣登龍街永光中心的川府宴試試看,顧名思義這家是吃川菜的!餐廳內燈光較暗,有種莫名的神秘感。但這邊感覺比較cyber,不像一般的川菜餐廳。就連餐牌封面也別有一番風味。巴蜀水煮石斑魚 (半條) $228一上檯,陣陣辣味已傳入我的嗅覺,非常香濃!魚用了比較鮮甜的石斑,吃落不像外面的有一點霉味。還有我很喜愛的闊粉皮在內,吃得非常滋味,而且份量很足夠。雞絲粉皮 $53有時都要叫一樣不辣的食物來中和一下水煮的辣味!這一款是非常合拍的,涼涼的雞絲皮皮,感覺比較清涼!傳統式乾撈擔擔麵及湯擔擔麵 $38由於叫了水煮魚,份量很多,所以我們沒有叫其他小吃,反面很想吃擔擔麵。這個是乾撈式,味道較濃。這是外面也會吃到的擔擔麵。味道沒有乾撈的辣!haha

今日黎咗食川菜,午市套餐都唔算貴,最平$38 搞掂,而且每四個套餐一個免費,又唔洗加一,多人黎食都幾抵。餐廳裝潢都幾靚,而且坐得都好舒服。我地點咗口水雞,同雲勝鯇魚泡飯。口水雞肉質好嫩滑,有雞味,不過就越食越辣,食咗一半就放棄咗,中意食辣應該會中意呢個。好彩點咗個唔辣既泡飯,飯量非常多,食完都夠飽。另外,加$10有個冰粉,加咗薑汁同紅糖,味道甜甜及帶有薑辣。

去完銅鑼灣sogo thankful week掃貨,決定係附近食埋晚飯先回家。朋友鍾意食辣野,就去左永光中心既川府宴食啦~餐廳有小菜、小食、火鍋等等, 我地得兩個人所以冇叫火鍋麻辣雞肘翼單骨雞翼食得好方便,炸到好香脆既皮, 加埋麻辣粉, 惹味!餐廳新推出擔擔湯麵秘製肉碎、花生、蔥花配上麻辣湯底,又香又辣…食唔停口!好食!    川式炒萵芛真係好似家庭小菜, 食下菜清下腸胃!毛血旺呢款菜式我好鍾意, 因為用料豐富, 有牛柏葉、大腸、火腿條、豬紅、午餐肉片、木耳,材料吸收晒麻辣既湯汁, 配晒大量芽菜, 正!!!!由於好多菜式都未試, 我地決定下次要組隊再黎呀!

之前講過要同既閏蜜食盡辣辣美食😋今次又搵左間位於登龍街上樓既川府宴餐廳裝修簡潔具中國色彩座位數量不多但勝於寧靜最啱三五知己一邊食飯一邊傾計麻辣雞翼—-單骨雞翼貼心食得舒服雞翼上佔有辣椒,味道不是想像中的辣但雞翼炸得相當香口,非常脆👍🏻擔擔麵—-份量剛好一人配上肉碎蔥碎榨菜碎,辣度非常好看似平淡但令人回味無窮炒通菜——連菜都是辣😍通菜非常嫩口,翠綠,爽這是我最期待的水煮魚原條魚起肉一片片魚肉爽口彈牙配上那麼多辣椒,都蓋不過他的鮮味還有水煮不能缺少的配菜大量芽菜、薯粉、萵筍(非常鮮甜)值得介紹大家食的川府宴😋

雖然我唔係食得好辣,但我一向都鍾意同朋友四出找尋麻辣美食,享受食完大汗淋漓既感覺。之前有朋友介紹左依間餐廳,今個星期特登過嚟銅鑼灣試嚇。先講個四川擔擔麵,係四川傳統式乾撈。初初食既時候覺得唔係好辣,但麻辣味慢慢滲出。麵質彈牙,醬汁味道唔錯,麻味充足,仲有我最鍾意既蔥花。點了一客麻辣雞翼,用了很多四川調味料醃製,味道很香濃,帶點微辣,非常惹味。不一樣的明蝦~一道很特別既菜式,大量青蔥、芽菜、小豆苗、明蝦球,加上酸辣汁。我依位青蔥愛好者,當然非常喜歡!簡單形容為大腸版辣子雞。首先看見大量既辣椒就認為一定很辣,其實只是充滿著香辣味道,大腸炸得香酥,一旦試過,必定愛上食辣。一碟出色既炒通菜,色香味三方面缺一不可。通菜配合炒香既辣椒乾,惹味醒胃,送飯首選!水煮石斑魚既精隨在於鮮嫩既新鮮魚肉,配上又香又辣既湯底,麻辣、嫩滑、鮮香合一,一下子就把白飯清光。

我和妹妹都是辣妹,真的是無辣不歡,我們最愛的莫如麻辣火煱,尤其是最喜歡四川重慶一種,得知永光大厦開了一間,我們2人都想挑戰一下自己的味蕾,一於今晚吃過痛快!首先我們叫了一個鴛鴦湯底,一邊是麻辣,另一個就是豬骨濃湯底,果然真的材料十足,我們喝了一口湯,就感到濃濃的豬骨湯味!我們叫了阿根廷牛舌,真的很有肉香,另外四宝丸的手打鯪魚球丸和墨魚丸很彈牙爽口,嚮玲又脆又香,原來是自家制的!再來一個蔬菜蓝,真的大滿足了!

聽人講食辣野可以去濕所以當想去濕同食辣野既時候搵左呢間樓上食四川菜既餐廳入面既氣氛比較似私房菜有唔少熟客跟著我地揀好左一道菜其他都由老闆推介首先到臺既係前菜麻辣夫妻肺片 仲有麻辣擔擔撈麵平時食開既夫妻肺片都係辣辣地不過佢呢道菜有少少唔同食落唔會好辣但係佢地種麻味會幾香就算唔係好食得辣既都會食到同覺得幾好味佢地果種麻辣層次比較豐富唔算好辣 反而幾香同會試到有唔同既香辛料擔擔麵平時都係湯既佢呢個雖然係撈不過唔會太乾同痴埋一團而且又都幾香麻味再來既係主菜 紙包牛肉紙包住肉同辣椒同蔥 大大份肉食落又麻又辣 連蔥都幾好食如果再大份點就更加好最後以麻辣雞翼作結辣味未算太入味同埋辣度再勁點可能更加好食
