成日聽同事話好味,搞到我都好想去食,happy Friday 三人成團出發,今次去大家都就腳嘅荃灣新店。先嚟成隻風箏咁嘅雞皮,夠簿脆、椒鹽味道又香口,平時唔食雞皮嘅我都勁推。麻辣豬大腸唔夠脆,不過味道好味。雞肝試一次就夠,略嫌唔夠乾身。汁燒釀冬菇好juicy,都唔錯。鹽燒阿波尾七里香(雞Pat),切開後至燒,溢出油脂,唔羶,可以試吓。香辣雞腿筋真夠辣,好惹味。以生果做中心嘅豚肉卷,甜甜生果可以解肉膩,兩者配合得好好。菜圃豆皮味道無特別,無下次。豚肉節瓜波板糖果然係得意之作,醮黑松露蛋黃汁,好好味。蒜蓉茄子加咗菜圃令口感有層次,加倍惹味。味淋魚干熱辣辣,同蛋黃醬好夾。啤酒仲要買一送一,可以暢飲暢食。

和牛都係必食推介,牛肉嘅油脂分布都非常好,加上少少椒鹽,每一嚿和牛都入口即溶。

雞軟骨本身冇乜味,所以調味好緊要,麻辣味就食唔到太重嘅味道,稍微有啲乾。


燒雞皮絕對係燒烤堂嘅重點,每一塊都勁乾身,就算擺咗一陣都仲係脆嘅,加埋椒鹽同埋辣椒粉,飲多幾杯啤酒都冇問題。


明太子同埋黑松露烤雞,就冇乜太特別主要食醬汁,雞肉都稍微有啲乾。


雞頸肉,唔係好多地方有得食,加上秘製醬汁,口感嫩滑,絕對可以一試。


免治雞肉軟骨棒,加上蛋汁,簡直絕配,每次食串燒都一定會嗌。
