朋友仔聚會,行完街就開始覓食,沿途逐層行下行下,就上到7樓呢,見到呢間土生花,食裝修都唔錯喎!時令蘆筍配韓式醬油溏心蛋,蔬菜好新鮮,不會過份調味,食到蔬菜原本嘅味道,溏心蛋用醬油烹調,所以會濃味一點。韓式秘製牛肋骨,牛肋骨雖然大件但都煮得好腍身,秘製醬個味帶好輕微嘅甘甜同人參味,薯仔係有炸過先再放落去炆,上面仲有芝士同松子,所以食落好香。秘製人蔘乳鴿湯,平時飲開都係雞湯,呢度有乳鴿湯,梗係試下新野,飲落同雞湯不太大分別,但鴿香多少少,成個湯飲完暖笠笠,個鴿肉仲可以食埋。韓式粉絲雜菜腐皮福袋,個福袋包得好實淨,而且腐皮好索汁,裡面有韓國粉絲、芫荽,咬落好juicy泡菜炒飯,炒飯唔錯,粒粒分明,上面仲有海量紫菜。個泡菜醃得好好,唔太酸帶微辣,配埋大醬湯,個大醬湯仲有菜架。

Don't book the afternoon tea sessions with or without discounts. They got you in the restaurant but will tell you "this is out and that is out". They do have a dinner menu which you can order after 6 pm but when asked if I can order more food at 6 pm then the staff said "we are fully booked tonight" which is a lie since we can book online right the way and even confirmed by other staff they were not busy.I feel so bad for the owner that they have such staff running the place. Food wise, the fortune pouch is cute but the beef ribs is hard as jerky. Noodle not bad. Sweet and sour mushroom is very strong in chilli taste. Overall can tolerate the food but staff can be improved for sure. Recommend do not go unless you want to waste $800 for nothing.

味道有層次,同時飲到有糯米,人參味。雞湯味就清晰,味道正宗傳統。乳鴿湯就口味重啲,味道較濃郁。

解剖得好靚,糯米煙韌又入味,仲有白果粟子紅棗,十分正氣。

腐皮包有粉絲蘿蔔芫茜, 一口大細, 清新而飽滿。

大醬湯 韓式蔬菜泡飯/招牌炒飯
啖啖飯都有滿口的蔬菜, 加上芝麻和紫菜的獨有油香, 大大提升了炒飯味道的層次, 好食!

好客的店長送上BB人參浸6個月的燒酒,入口啖啖人參味, 喉嚨沒有乾燒感覺; 不過原來酒精都有25度,難鬼我飲到high high地。

牛肋骨是今日之最,牛肋骨的質地和醬汁調校得剛剛好,而且最特別的是他和一般的牛肋骨煲有些小不同,味道上你會隱隱哋察覺有一些人參味道,這個味道剛好令到整個牛肋骨煲的味道提升不少。


聽這裏的職員說,他們開始供應肉類菜單之後,生意好了不少,現在真的只能慨嘆生意難做。幸好這裏之前所有招牌素菜會有供應,吃素的朋友也不用擔心。

雜菜辣炒年糕 Teok Bok Ki本來係街頭少食,喺土生花賣到二百幾蚊一碟,期望當然係異常咁高啦。平時既辣年糕主要得年糕、泡菜同魚膏,咁土生花依個辣年糕既配菜就多好多,營養更加豐富。個汁唔算好辣,一般香港人都食到。雖然味道同賣相都唔錯,不過用二百幾蚊食一兜辣年糕都係有啲肉赤。

另一樣要試既係韓國人成日食既炸醬麵 Jajangmyeon。餐廳用左啲蘿蔔同薯仔等既蔬菜黎取代原先炸醬入面既肉,口感爭左啲啲,如果用啲豆乾之類扮返肉醬可能會更好。黑蚊蚊既醬睇落好似好濃味,但實際上有ok喎!

最後一道、亦係我最最最鐘意既一道菜就係泡菜炒飯 Kimchi Fried Rice。睇落好似好簡單,但真係好食到唔識形容!估唔到加左啲紫菜同麻油係可以令味道有幾何級數既提升。之後返屋企有試過整,但始終整唔到佢果種味,唔知有啲咩秘方呢。

總括黎講成餐既體驗都唔錯,計返人頭每人$400左右,個個食到個肚漲卜卜,都算係咁啦!食完依餐令我記起喺首爾食既寺院素食,同樣都係好吸引。喺可以去旅行之前,要試韓國素食,全港就只此一家喇。

Heard good words about their a la carte menu and thought afternoon tea would be a pleasant experience as well - however it was rather a disappointment. Out of all the savoury/ sweet items, there was truly nothing that stood out except I remember the cabbage wrap was especially bad (it was weirdly sour but not the typical taste you find with Korean pickled dish).
