旁邊個碗係天婦羅碎,一開始我仲以為係醬料所以特登問職員呢碗嘢係咩嚟嘅,職員好細心咁解答完之後就擺咗呢一碗係我個位度不過因為我唔係特別太鍾意食天婦羅碎,所以就冇加入去個湯度。

let’s walked thru the corridor to the end ;to select your order on screen > make payment > then take your receipt to the bar table seats ,those seats are individual so no need to share food that was good for one ,tried the chicken soup udon , soup base not too thick but tasty and hot enough along with smooth udon , chasiu itself taste not too bad , there a jar of crispy beside so you can add in to the soup *while it gets bored

今日經過登龍街本身諗住食車仔麵但太多人,所以轉左去另一間試。之前聽聞左好多次一人烏冬店原來就係呢到,今日經過就試下。


全自助式餐廳,入店前先係外邊的自動販賣機買左自己嘅餐先,收據上會有一個QR code,入店後坐位旁邊會有一個小小scanner scan qrcode。獨立位置,但隔板透明的,私隱度不太高。如果係一蘭個款木板間隔會比較好。


食物方面,烏冬麵本體好煙靭彈牙。明太子凍烏冬,個人覺得湯比較多令到明太子主要留係湯中,未能掛在烏冬中。而壽喜燒鍋就比較出色,湯底比較甜,牛沒有升級亦都好有牛香味,好嫩唔會過老。另外,叫了蛋黃天婦羅,呢個真係十分考師傅功夫,一咬蛋汁爆開,十分滋味。


飲品方面,個人就一般般,冷泡烏龍茶,茶味淡淡的,但加入了甘草粉,令到味道有小小怪怪的。

🐓 雞白湯叉燒烏冬係呢度嘅招牌菜之一,味道清淡鮮美,湯底係用雞骨熬煮,叉燒肉口感嫩滑,肉質鮮甜,同烏冬湯底一齊食更加完美。

🧀 明太子芝士春卷亦都好出色,皮煎得酥脆,內餡滿滿嘅明太子芝士,味道香濃唔會膩口。
