唔知係咪行衰運,我前晚登龍街路過見雞白湯咪走入去試吓,個湯唔係特別香濃,個烏冬不過不失,又唔係叫彈牙,只係比打邊爐嘅噹噹烏冬麪好少少,叉燒肥膏多過肉,又要好薄,兩三啖KO, 碗烏冬清清淡淡冇乜配菜,點知兩個鐘後返到屋企已經開始嚟料,仲要屙到發燒,我幾驚以為自己中咗COVID-19,慘到要搞到屙住跨年,每日屙四、五獲,搞到頂唔順要去睇醫生,醫生話我食咗不潔食物先會咁。碗烏冬只係多咗雞白湯,要百幾蚊絕對唔值得

我叫咗雞白湯叉燒同壽喜燒口味,雞白湯口味會比較清淡,叉燒都好大塊,啱晒我呢啲清淡人士。 安格斯壽喜燒都足料,就會比較鍾意濃味啲人士。

除咗面食,仲有好多小食甜品,我哋叫咗罐罐綠茶蛋糕同埋草莓牛乳蛋糕,甜度都適中,口感軟滑。

雜錦天婦羅冷烏龍麵($98) 天婦羅放在烏冬表面,好容易被烏冬汁浸軟;又沒有另外提供蘿蔔蓉 / 天婦羅汁或者海鹽調味,到底想點?幸好天婦羅脆衣夠薄、入口鬆化,以烏冬店來説,炸功已算相當好。蝦天婦羅雖然彈牙爽口,但蝦味淡;蔬菜天婦羅較好吃。但沒有天婦羅汁調味,始終有所欠缺。

無論什麼食材、湯汁或者冷熱,店主俱刻意整碗烏冬奉客,食材不會分開另上。雖然每隻烏冬碗各有特色、顏色鮮明,明顯係細心挑選,但並非所有烏冬都適合;冷烏冬正是其中之一。沒有一杯烏冬汁,烏冬要沾碗底的汁實在非常不方便,一來太少汁,另一方面,一定無法避免浸軟鋪在表面的天婦羅。偏偏又有一小撮山葵蓉放在碗邊,到底想點?

雞白湯叉燒烏龍麵($88)令人聯想起日式拉麵。雞白湯表面浮起一層泡沫,賣相媲美以濃厚雞白湯馳名的名牌拉麵店。馬上呷一口雞湯,有點失望;偏稀、雞鮮味唔夠濃郁,同名牌日式拉麵店仍有距離,但尚算幾好味。薄切日式叉燒就很好味,有適量豚脂,亦見到兩個部位的豬肉。只得兩小塊,未夠喉。
