第一次嚟呢度,餐廳響間fitness centre裡面,有啲難搵。餐廳環境光猛,幾舒服,揀咗廚師發板套餐,一人四百幾蚊,都幾多野食。由前菜到主食都幾好,鍾意涼拌涼瓜好開胃。煎涼瓜肉餅都好好食,燉湯好鮮甜。蒸嗰個山藥估唔到咁好食,開頭一聽到仲想唔要。甜品個芝麻糊就爭少少,甜得制,芝麻味都算香。仲有件蛋糕仔,啲椰子油味太太太重,呢樣食左一啖就掉低咗,好浪費但真係陣味有啲難頂咁。不過有個男侍應好多口,好多野講,呢樣野改善下會好啲。

今次用餐體驗很好,想特別分享一下。

首先是餐廳環境:木色系裝潢,窗邊放上大量佛教書籍,有一種使人平靜的氣場。

再來就是最重要的—— 食物:色香味俱全。

味道好,營養好。難得的是體驗到生機飲食的純素烹調方法。

自己試過生機飲食才知道要達到這個水準的難度幾高。
由前菜到甜品,每一道菜都感受到廚師們的功力和用心。

最後是欣賞廚師,主廚特意落場跟各位食客聯天,吸收意見。

由他們的菜單每個月都會更換,「不時不吃」,不單單是個口號。

不合理取消訂單,落單後是否約20多分鐘才能取消訂單,客人專程由太古城到店取外賣,這麼久的時間取消訂單是太不合理,到現場又不能再次下單,態度又非常不好,只說不接受外賣訂單。但我在現場看見有外賣訂單已包裹好,這樣真的叫做不接受外賣訂單咩。這榚對其他客人太不公平,不合理,不可接受的店舖,真是富起來有生意不用做,完全是拒人於千里之外,這是什麼服務態度?這是什麼店舖?好像世界只有他一間素食店🥵這另我十分不滿意

之前已經嚟咗呢一間食好幾次,試過好多道菜都覺得超好食,後來發現原來喺電視見過嘅一位教煮素食嘅「素食教煮」開嘅餐廳,嗰時睇電視已經覺得佢煮嘢食好叻,覺得真係要寫個食評讚吓佢,將想食嘅材料都可以發揮得好好真係好厲害!有好多道菜都推介,首先係鮮竹卷,竟然有煙熏味好有創意,好成功!仲有個滑蛋,真係好似,而且係用天然嘅食材,而唔係啲人工化學嘢。仲有個魚皮,真係不得了,用咗紫菜去整,外賣都好脆!薑醋控一定要叫呢個素薑醋,我媽唔係食素都覺得超好食,宜家先知薑醋咁好食完全唔關豬腳同蛋事
