是日餐湯係黑松露忌廉湯,湯身非常幼滑,入口散發著陣陣黑松露幽香,味道不錯。接著嘅沙律,賣相亦十分討好,沙律菜新鮮爽口,而油醋汁亦清新宜人,非常醒胃,再加上甜美多汁的車厘茄,雖然配搭很簡單,但已令人食指大動。

餐牌上有三款意大利飯可供選擇,對海膽、鵝肝興趣不大,反而看中了這款價錢十分親民嘅焗龍蝦尾有機蘆筍意大利飯 ($138)。碟意大利飯果然有睇頭,龍蝦尾 size 雖然不大,但外形看起來既精緻又高貴,唔怪得這道菜被標示為「相機食先」啦!龍蝦肉食落爽身帶甜, 而 risotto 亦軟硬適中,粒粒分明有咬口,完全沒有過膩的感覺,配上結實帶爽的蘆筍,令菜式更清新健康。

主菜方面,選了煎北美銀花鱸魚、烤雜菜、松露忌廉薯蓉 ($168),鱸魚柳一客有兩大件,旁邊伴有雜菜同薯蓉,分量勁足,絕不欺場。先切開魚肉品嘗,質地非常嫩滑,既肥美又無細骨,入口充滿魚鮮味,而外皮亦煎得甚有水準,金黃香脆,令人吃得津津有味。至於伴吃的薯蓉,味道亦不俗,creamy 幼滑但又唔會太膩口,連埋沙律菜食,感覺好清新。

 兩款菜式都做得很不錯,價位好、質素高,睇得出店主好用心去經營,而且店員殷勤有禮,亦會主動介紹菜式,服務態度很好,絕對值得推薦。

鱸魚個皮煎得好脆,肉質非常嫩口,外脆內軟。薯蓉好香滑加上黑松露嘅香味,令配菜都升左令一個層次。

總括而言,呢一餐好滿足,尤其係食到新鮮嘅海膽同超濃郁嘅黑松露,而且餐廳侍應都好nice ,好有禮貌,解釋食法都好詳細,我一定會再返黎食嫁!

每樣食材先試一口,都已經食到佢地既鮮甜海產味,再按店員講既方法將黑松露,risotto同蟹膏撈勻,用紫菜包住一匙飯上面舖上海膽,呢個應該係我食過最出色既risotto

燒美國豬鞍配新鮮薯角及沙律
上菜時店員好貼心咁提醒我地要食左呢道菜先因為凍左啲豬會變un。呢道菜又係無乜靠醬汁去加味,變相我地會食到食材天然既味。豬岩岩燒起夠哂熱,軟硬適中,肉冇羶味,肉汁仲鎖得好好。薯角果然係新鮮,唔會食到街外薯角既粉狀。

呢間鋪頭位於北角嘅一條巷仔,私隱度極高,所以去幾次都撞到幾個明星喺到食飯。鋪頭門口仲有一張長凳可以比客人食煙,環境都算舒服,不過鋪頭裏面好細,啲櫈同枱嘅距離好近,坐得好迫又好窄。之前朋友生日,去咗嗰度食飯。其實呢間鋪頭都算好多食物可以揀,而佢個Menu有d食物名隔離會有部相機仔即係會佈置得好靚,所以我哋決定,叫嘅所有食物都係有相機仔的。結果嚟到都冇令人失望,啲嘢食真係擺得好靚。其中令我最出乎意料嘅係佢個紫薯南瓜飯,真係好甜好好食,雖然冇其他食物咁靚,但係佢係最好食嗰個值得推介!

e個菜式,森仔係網上早已見過,名為必叫的菜式之一。
森仔黎到,二話不說,就叫左佢試一試。
一上到枱,果然名不虛傳,係原板海膽上,另外再上一碟意大利飯配上蟹膏和紫菜,極為高貴❤️❤️❤️🤓🤓
最鍾意食海膽的森仔,一試就學得海膽係新鮮帶有一點點的鮮甜味和淡淡的海水味,正👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
第二歩就單單試左蟹膏,蟹膏味道戀濃,但帶有一點點既咸味,店員建議我地連埋意大利飯食。當我地撈埋一起食,覺得有蟹膏的味道更難食到。所以,我地空口食了平再撈落飯到。

煎北美銀花爐魚配烤雜菜和松露薯蓉
而煎魚,森媽亦十分讚賞,說其煎到恰到好處,外脆內軟🤓🤓🤓。
而森仔一食,更覺得其調味很做得好好。
不用點任何汁,已經夠味,可以直接賞到身材的鮮味👍🏼👍🏼
而烤雜菜,更令整道菜來得健康!有淡淡的香蒜味,食唔停口。
另外,森仔最愛的不是魚,也不是菜,而是松露薯蓉。因為佢不但只香滑,最重要係很香的松露味,令薯蓉提升了幾個層次😆😆

最後,這道頸蜆亦都不付眾望,味道還幾可口的。
特別係幾重蒜片味道,不但有香味,還有味道,正!
對比上兩者就相對沒有驚喜,和普遍的大致相同😂😂
不過,份量搭夠😂😂數落 應該係20多隻👍🏼

這個月轉左去北角返工,今晚約埋幾個同事去左公司附近的(SOUL 9 +)餐廳裝修很有英國風格的設計,彷彿想起好像以前在英國讀書去過的餐廳,好有親切感,十分舒服。所有主菜加$48都可以升級沙律同餐湯,真係好抵食,沙律用了多種類的新鮮蔬菜,再配上日式麻醬,非常開胃。波特菇明太子意大利粉,磨菇十分厚身,好有香菇味,食落口中啖啖肉,再配上沾滿了掛汁的意大利粉,好creamy,超正。炸薯條配黑松露沙律醬$68,熱辣辣,再点黑松露沙律醬,甘香的甜,香香脆脆特別美味。

俾我感覺就有一種小小嘅諾士佛臺感覺。 但係室內嘅空間唔算大,坐入面有少少壓迫感。不過坐得咁密有佢嘅好處,就係可以更加容易融入到餐廳嘅氣氛,當中享受一個不一樣嘅西餐

見食評唔錯,專程過嚟北角試吓小店西餐,但結果都係失望😔😔一坐低已聞到好大油煙味,叫侍應開冷氣兼調去風口位,之後情況改善好多了!叫咗嘢食,好快就一次過嚟晒,應該除咗個玉子燒係即整之外,其他都早已整好!洋蔥正常野,唔熱,但ok既,炸粉唔算太厚,最大缺點係醬太少,叫佢比多啲醬話要收$10,太小家了!😤😤😤每枱必叫既玉子燒,超級甜!對於我唔鐘意食甜既嚟講好難食!愛甜者必食!蟹肉剛解好凍即食,好嘢!羊架,正常味道,羊架份量偏少,勁多薯蓉!仲有叫咗一杯啤酒,一杯mojito,埋單$591整體嚟講,用咁既價錢食餐快餐,我情願去快餐店好過,起碼食到熱辣辣既野!(原來要求要降到去咁。。。)

見食評唔錯,專程過嚟北角試吓小店西餐,但結果都係失望😔😔一坐低已聞到好大油煙味,叫侍應開冷氣兼調去風口位,之後情況改善好多了!叫咗嘢食,好快就一次過嚟晒,應該除咗個玉子燒係即整之外,其他都早已整好!
