位於炮台山的Spoon餐廳,坐落於內街之中,地點尚算方便。餐廳地方不大,但仍有一排小小的吧枱。白色大理石配寶藍色木質椅子,簡樸舒適。餐廳的牆上掛滿以匙羹為裝飾的掛畫,象徵著用心享受每一口美食。燒栗飼法式豬鞍伴鮮果莎莎醬配烤雜菜及燒薯角我們加了HKD20轉套餐,有餐湯、蒜蓉包和餐飲。是日餐湯是忌廉椰菜花湯,滑溜可口,加入的忌廉很香滑,搭配香脆的蒜蓉包更是美味。豬鞍肉厚實,燒得恰到好處,外皮香脆,肉質卻極為嫩滑,讓人一口接一口。搭配的鮮果莎莎醬很清新,果香令油膩的豬鞍肉增添了一絲清爽。烤雜菜和燒薯角的熟度剛好,簡單的鹽調味也很好味。烤帶子、海蝦及蟹肉配龍蝦汁燴意大利飯 升級HKD30,加配餐湯、雜菜沙律、蒜蓉包和餐飲。沙律用上醋汁開胃,沙菜新鮮。椰菜花忌廉湯配蒜蓉多士,蒜蓉味濃。帶子煎得很香脆,海蝦和蟹肉很有鮮味,龍蝦汁夠濃郁。整碟飯令人吃過不停。朱古力牛角酥窩夫表面鋪滿的朱古力醬實在非常香滑好味!忌廉奶味醇厚,朱古力醬濃郁,牛角酥很酥脆。雖然很飽,但是我們仍然要吃一吃這一些人氣甜品。在簡單清新的環境下聽着悠揚的音樂,吃着美味的晚餐和甜甜的甜品,加上親民的價格。我們享受了一頓愉快的晚餐。 continue reading

是日牛一,想食得好之餘又不想貴食,眾裡尋它,選了此小店舖,門面確實會容易被忽略,周四晚飯時間客人不算多,是日晚餐價錢十分怡人,加上$20配上套餐。點了牛及燒雞。先上湯,沙律,個人認為沙律份量略少,但食得出蔬菜新鮮。是日餐湯是豆蓉忌廉湯,味道唔錯,推介。主菜牛扒先上,5成熟剛好,肉質稔、配上熱薯條,薯條灑上辣粉,刺激了味蕾。黃油烤雞絕對是驚艷之作,成條烤菠蘿,既開胃又減膩。黃油雞烤得皮脆肉嫩,又多汁,喜歡食雞就千萬不要錯過!最後加點了檸檬芝士蛋糕,這個略嫌少了檸檬味。 continue reading
