To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 中午來到尖沙咀東,然後找到這個酒家!中一大堆人就選了中午在這裡喝茶。還好中午人不多。這裡環境ok啊,很亮堂,空間很高,很舒服。位置夠大,沒有香港普遍的茶樓這麼擠。然後居然先上青菜,秋葵很好吃。很新鮮,很清甜。然後鳳爪很喜歡,很軟糯。有豉汁鳳爪和鮑汁,兩個都點了包子的更加軟糯。入味,推薦!然後還有我最愛的牛肉球。很香的芹菜菜味。紅米腸最受歡迎,色相很好。粉皮很軟糯,包著的油條很脆。推薦!蝦餃,燒麥這些就很普通!

今天博物館出來,已下午2點。看到旁邊的桃源,以前曾常去灣仔的桃源,心想應該也不差吧。坐下時,枱面只有1款點心紙。還以為假期沒有下午茶。點了些點心後,鄰桌用1張粉紅色的紙點餐。馬上找替我落單的姐姐問那是甚麽,為何我桌沒有。原來是下午茶的點餐紙。馬上要求取消已點的,再從新點餐。姐姐說不可取消,跟著離開了。再找一位穿套裝的小姐提出同樣要求。她也説不可取消,再追問時就説她沒權,叫我去櫃枱找經理。去到櫃枱,根本沒有人在。回頭找那小姐,她指其中一桌坐著的男士就是經理。我再重申要求,經理也是説不可取消,我再跟他理論時,那位小姐在旁説去看看,如果未做的,便替我取消。跟著2位都尚不同方向跑了。後來,有另一位穿套裝的小姐跑來嘗試解釋。最後免了一位茶錢。老實説,如果下午茶的點餐紙上的食物不合口味,我都會正價點心。此事的重點並非錢,而是之前三位的服務態度。如果先道歉,再說去看看,不就解決了嗎

親友生日,打算訂半打壽桃包慶祝,已經早幾個禮拜打去問過關於壽桃包入邊蛋黃係咪全粒,打過去幾次問唔同嘅人,個個都話係全粒黃,到今日去拎嗰陣時再問多次服務員,佢好肯定咁答我係,但到打開嚟食嗰陣時,六個全部都係得半粒用刀切開嘅蛋黃😡😡😡我即刻打返去店舖問,佢哋即刻話有d係一半蛋黃,有d係一個蛋黃,視乎嗰粒蛋黃嘅大細,但冇可能六個都係得一半蛋黃囉😡😡😡根本就係得全部一半蛋黃,仲話佢哋從來都唔會同客人講話係全粒蛋黃,但係我打過幾次去問,幾個都係咁講,就算我唔計之前打去問嘅人,今日攞走嗰陣時嗰個服務員,佢好肯定咁話一定係全粒蛋黃😡😡😡😡
其實唔係全個蛋黃唔緊要,問你要講清楚吖嘛,明買明賣,唔好諗住人地買外賣拎走咗之後返去冇得投訴冇得唔要吹佢唔脹,做生意做到咁,d野就係再幾好食都唔會再幫襯🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

系網上購買500蚊大閘蟹放題,去到冇人招呼,環境蠟塌,坐低30分鐘先上大閘蟹,首先點蟹好細隻,3兩多點點,上既全部都系母另外點大閘蟹一上,好明顯一陣陣又腥又唔新鮮既味道,打開見好多膏,但食落口,整個腥臭味,食多幾隻,雖然唔系隻隻都咁臭,但都好腥,一點甜味都冇,好明顯感覺跟本唔系新鮮蟹,仲惨過大陸10蚊隻既大閘蟹,真係唔知道自己食紧點咩,食左幾隻已經食唔落,好擔心再食會想嘔,但上完一圈第一次落單既大閘蟹之後又等20-30分鐘都未上,最後上點蟹大家都唔想食了,因為真係好難受。我同經理反應幾次,都冇人理我地,整晚其他臺既食客都個個反應好難食,好蠟塌,最後反應店長都冇用,因為都俾曬錢。如果想食大閘蟹放題,請謹慎考慮哩間餐廳,唔系錢冇左,蟹都冇食到。最後得個嬲字,真係好慘惨。
