12月食大閘蟹已是尾水,基本上都唔期望會有爆膏嘅蟹喇,叫做盡最後努力食埋今年最後一次,跟住就疊埋心水等出年先再有得食了。一開始食頭兩隻係好失望,蟹可能唔太新鮮就死就死,食落無蟹味兼且仲水水地(蟹一死肉就會化水跟住發臭),諗住食多兩隻就收手。點知第三隻開始個質素又响返度喎,有膏、甘香肥美。所以食蟹有時都好睇彩數,就算同一批蟹,每一隻嘅個別質素都可以唔同。好彩之後食嘅全部都正常,終於發揮後勁食咗好多。今餐全部係蟹公。油鹽焗嘅好好味,但始終油咗啲唔可以食太多。值得一讚套餐包嘅其他嘢食都好味,壽包好大個建議要share食,奶豬皮脆肉嫩,抵讚。

因為一早book 左位, 所以雖然係兩人限聚令重新生效的第一日, 都同友人上來食大閘蟹放題。 去到現場, 成場空蕩蕩, 連埋我個枱, 都係得4-5枱客。 去到的時候,仲有一個疑似經理的長髮女待應仲好好招待, 執咗下我哋啲位, 又問你飲咩茶, 仲提叫你要快啲落單。 呢個時候我哋心諗, 今次幾好喎, 又唔多人, 服務又好似唔差,應該唔會有之前食評提過既問題啦。但, 青年你太年輕了,一切只是假象。首先係最重點的大閘蟹,一來佢哋供應的大閘蟹好細隻,細個一個成年女士的手掌心🤚🏾,二來佢哋供應的大閘蟹無咩蟹膏, 又因為佢啲蟹細隻, 所以連蟹肉都無咩,結果係無蟹膏又無蟹肉食。 然後你會見到有3 種口味,好似好難揀? 唔洗擔心,因為3 種口味,味道上無分別,係鹽焗個款大閘蟹,面有陣牛油味的油,但食落你係分唔到3隻味有任何分別。再加上佢啲蟹又唔係新鮮,所以蟹又無蟹味, 成個感覺就係成晚係到拆蟹。 雖然佢啲蟹咁低質,客人又少, 你就以為啲蟹會上得快? 事實係, 我哋7 點正入座就落第一轉大閘蟹(每隻味一款,共6隻蟹),然後食佢每人限一份的前菜,食到7點10分我哋順勢落第2轉蟹(清蒸每人2隻;花鵰每人1隻,

然後食佢每人限一份的前菜,食到7點10分我哋順勢落第2轉蟹(清蒸每人2隻;花鵰每人1隻,共6隻蟹);大概7點15分來了第1轉蟹,咁我哋開始食蟹,食到7點45分,仲未有第2轉蟹,我哋就問個疑似經理的長髮女待應,然後佢話蒸緊, 咁過左陣仲未有,我哋再問,疑似經理的長髮女待應又話出緊嫁啦, 當然又未有啦, 咁我又再追問,疑似經理的長髮女待應就話啲蟹要蒸嫁嗎, 我就同佢講我7點10分落單的,咁我哋見等咁耐,又唔知會來,所再落多次單(每人2 隻清蒸), 但無再催, 因為一來催都無用; 二來佢啲蟹又細又無蟹膏又無蟹味,不吃也罷。 最終,全晚頭一個小時只上了1轉蟹,但最後都有上齊3轉。

另一來陶源食蟹放題,是因為佢有乳豬任食,友人喜愛乳豬,所以唔去食利寶閣,反而來了陶源。的確佢啲乳豬係皮脆的, 但也太肥。 更重要的是,你想食到也不容易,任食的乳豬也是要三催四請先有得食少少。

。咁過多陣我哋等緊啲蒸左成個鐘既蟹,又 問多次,佢話燒緊,然後終於見佢出乳豬,但比左隔離枱, 問佢仲有冇,佢 又話無曬, 又要等,終於問多幾次,先有得食,4舊仔。到後尾再有客入, 再問終於有第3 轉4舊仔。 然後最尾再問,佢話無曬嫁啦。 說好的任食乳豬呢??雖然佢有寫"部分食品,售完則止"

近日又是吃大閘蟹的好時機,今天結伴到尖沙咀「陶源」吃蟹,看著日落,品嘗一隻又一隻大閘蟹,有清蒸,花雕及鹽焗三款,邊聊邊吃,二個人竟然創下此佳績,蟹鮮,美甜,服務態度賓至如歸,盡覧尖沙咀美麗夜空,可能因為疫情所限,當天只有4,5枱客,其實除了吃蟹,其他食物,也相當美味,性價比超高。

尋日去親戚搞既宴會已經覺得奇怪點解間酒樓除左我地擺圍外隔離晚飯檯係完全冇人。。。以前公司係附近 經常公司搞食飯都係呢度食係好ok 既但隔左一年冇食後今次食。。。。好差首先Waitress 既態度好差佢連檯上未為每個人倒齊飲品都唔知分碟時甚至太大力彈到野食啲汁去我家人件衫身上講番野食要讚既係碗雞湯翅一如以往既白濃湯又好味👍🏻👍🏻最差係個龍蝦完全係雪味同埋好"鞋"我地全圍人有過半既龍蝦係咬唔開同左waitress 反映佢話急凍龍蝦就係甘。。。。🤷🏻‍♀️好多餐廳都用急凍龍蝦 但係會唔會咬唔開都照serve 比人。。。。條魚比位waitress 分到好似五馬分屍甘唔駛講 睇相就明。。。佢基本上碟碟都冇舊完整既。。。另外有碟芽菜苗扒菇。。。。係又咸又重味精um...我唔會再考慮食陶源因為我番到屋企猛甘飲水飲左好耐我諗。。。佢既賣點就只剩靚景了🙈🙃

最差係個龍蝦
完全係雪味同埋好"鞋"
我地全圍人有過半既龍蝦係咬唔開
同左waitress 反映
佢話急凍龍蝦就係甘。。。。🤷🏻‍♀️
好多餐廳都用急凍龍蝦 但係會唔會咬唔開都照serve 比人。。。。
