首先一入到去個場好黑咁,好似十年無装修過咁。。。坐低左大概30分鐘先上菜。。。所謂嘅片皮鴨係同食燒鴨冇乜分別,只是平時d鴨肉多啲。。。跟住食蟹一開蓋只有極少蟹膏。。。一心諗住再接再厲,點知連續食4、5隻都極少,甚至沒有蟹膏大閘蟹只有大約3両大,訂位嘅時候個職員明明話有四両。。。其他食物可以唔使叫,唔好食丶最後響無last order通知嘅情況之下叫我地埋單⋯⋯問佢點解冇last order同埋未叫甜品,個類似經理嘅女侍應仲話我地已經夠鐘本來未食嘅係要每隻收返68蚊😨😨😨嘩!如果佢哋真係用呢招收錢真係擺明騙局⋯⋯上菜慢令人遲遲未有得食跟住就迫人埋單之餘仲聲稱所謂嘅食唔晒係因為時間問題而收錢而唔係因為浪費食物而收錢。。。最後雖然比我地食甜品但態度超差而且漏單⋯⋯以後咪使指擬我會再嚟!仲會幫佢宣傳佢嘅特別之處!

全晚最好食嘅係朱古力奶黃包同奶黃千層糕,一睇就係交嚟嘅貨,只要蒸得夠熱就唔會出事

最過分係蛋白杏仁茶。首先,職員個食物tray上面有收左其他人食完擺放蟹殼嘅碟,然後將碗杏仁茶勁大力放落枱,嚟到得半碗,底碟仲有杏仁茶浪下浪下。杏仁茶面頭有一層油,好嘔心,呢碗嘢我掂都唔敢掂,好唔好食我真係唔清楚,但望個樣已經好唔開胃🤢🤮

我和朋友們看見社交平台好人post就即時購票一行4人去試吓,第一碟凍的大閘蟹,是落單後45分鐘上枱的,我向侍應反映,但當時見到侍應唔夠人,我都盡量唔煩佢哋,但佢叫我等等…..等等期間再想問片皮鴨、叫四次都係等等等……算……啦,片皮鴨一個鐘上枱又話無包皮唔夠派,糖水更加唔洗多講。接近$600/1,我相信我唔會再幫襯,侍應話比我地食耐啲,但咁嘅食物質數,只想食飽就走。補充一點冰鎮西蘭花配暖鮑魚加凍食糯米飯,天衣無縫嘅組合。

同親戚黎食晚餐,食物中規中矩,唔算難食,但係食到途中就見到兩三隻曱甴係牆到走黎走去,已經搞到我開始唔開胃。除左曱甴,仲有D蚊仔飛來飛去,跌埋落杯野飮到,去到le到我已經開始唔想食。餐具上亦有唔少一點點黑色,都見到冇洗乾淨,衛生情況差。去le到食飯真係預左昆蟲同污糟嘢都會食落肚,一定唔會再俾我識嘅人黎le到食🤬

想起許久沒有與娘親爹爹一起喝個早茶,偶爾也是需要陪伴長輩的,所以今天便攜同娘親爹爹來到以往光顧過的陶源酒樓用餐,順道帶同他們外出閒逛走動。水晶肴肉水晶肴肉是江蘇鎮江的一款名菜冷盤,距今已有300多年的歷史,因皮色晶瑩光滑而得名。食用時瘦肉香酥清淡,肥肉結實不膩,沾上香醋調味同食,風味更佳。花膠老雞湯雞湯黏度稀薄,飲用時雞味清淡,但價格只需 $138 即可享有四碗,質素可算是十分合理化算,而且湯料中亦配搭有數塊花膠,咀嚼時爽口結實,滑溜清香。朱古力鴛鴦奶皇包奶皇包外觀雪白圓潤,表層有着朱古力的螺旋紋圖案作點綴,賣相可愛吸睛。包點外層厚薄適中,柔軟鬆化,內餡黏度較低,鹹蛋和朱古力味亦甚少,但還好勝在奶黃的香氣濃烈出眾。笋尖原隻鮮蝦餃外層蝦餃皮製得薄身,色澤晶瑩剔透,可清楚看見內餡,食用時柔韌軟糯,黏度極高,而餡料使用笋尖、鮮蝦製成,新鮮的食材使口感爽脆彈牙,幼嫩清甜。不見韮皇鮮蝦腸粉表面的腸粉皮呈現半透狀態,可隱約看見橙、綠色的內層餡料,色調讓人感覺清新。外層口感滑溜軟糯,富有黏度,而使用韭黃和蝦肉製成的內餡則柔軟香嫩,新鮮爽彈。蟹粉小籠包秋冬正值吃蟹粉的最佳季節,因而便點選了此款小籠包。

沙巴鮮蝦燒賣皇
燒賣皇配料充足豐富,使用上來自沙巴的鮮蝦、冬菇、蟹子製作而成,食用時甚具口感,層次十足,整體味道新鮮可口,結實爽彈,蝦味出眾。

總結而言,餐廳環境寬闊甚大,整潔舒適,落地大玻璃的裝潢設計,讓顧客可以一邊用膳一邊欣賞海景,感覺放鬆悠閒。食材方面製得精緻,味道可口味美,只有少數菜式有輕微不足,但仍尚可接受,是依舊會再次光顧的酒家。

年廿九訂左個六人團年盆菜$1688。面頭啲餸係幾靚嘅,應該有哂廣告單張講嘅靚料:鮑魚、海參、蝦等等。睇到都開心。個汁嘅味道都唔錯。不過,可惜就只得面嗰第一「浸」。第二層已經冇嘢睇。我知唔可以太苛求,但俾多少少下欄嘢,例如「浪」肚啲嘅蘿蔔枝竹等等都好吖。得舊大大舊嘅類似豬𦟌肉,然後就係爛到溶嘅芋頭,有啲奇怪⋯⋯。五個大人,(其中已經有兩個係女士),食哂成個盆菜都嗌肚餓⋯⋯⋯。如果六個男士,可能要嗌三個盆菜自己煮啖飯撈汁先夠飽。有點點兒「欺場」。反而某些連鎖快餐店可能仲有「保障」。奉勸商戶要珍惜客人!
