一口牛利,成八蚊粒,但有機會會再食,因為好厚肉又爽又正,連個汁都飲埋。

磨菇湯好香鮮菇味,個包好食,唔知係咪自家製。

熱熱的蒜蓉包青蘿白,紅蘿白,椰菜,蕃茄,西芹做的紅湯,鮮味十味。蟹肉忌廉長通粉~大大碟的長通粉,睇落以為是報滿芝士絲及香草碎,食落原來是蟹肉絲,忌廉香濃,通粉煙煙靭靭,非常好味,我食都啖啖都有蟹肉。烤焗咸豬手配酸椰菜~豬手用多種香料醃過,煮熟後過水,再急凍,解凍,經過以上程序,豬手脂肪已被融解了出來,再去香炸3分鐘,把外皮炸到金香,就可以上枱了。豬手好有份量有3磅重,比平時我地自己在外面買的大。我地慢慢的把豬手切開享用。餐廳特別的預備了3款醬汁去配豬手食。有餐廳自製燒汁,意大利黑醋及意大利的芥末。我先試原味,肉質嫩滑,皮簿香脆,不覺油膩,完全不覺有脂肪。酸椰菜都是餐廳自家釀製的。最後餐飲是香滑濃郁的熱奶茶及來自南非檸檬的熱檸茶。餐廳每款菜單或配菜都會用心去調配,令食客有回味無窮的感覺。

一行四人收工來到太子,一早訂位入去,本身想食烤焗鹹豬手和油封鴨髀,但店員強烈推薦新推出的邪惡雜扒餐,見份量十足價錢又抵,就半推半就點左一客。是日餐湯係南瓜蓉湯,近排我都喜歡南瓜蓉,南瓜味濃,而且有口感,都幾開胃!雖然飲完湯先送上餐包,不過唔緊要,因為餐包分開食都好正,遠處已經有香味十足嘅蒜蓉味!熱辣辣嘅包又唔會太乾太硬,好想encore!主菜嚟啦!基本上四人先食得晒,醬汁分別有沙律醬、薄荷醬、茄汁、芥末和燒春雞嘅燒汁。伴碟有薯條、炸洋蔥圈和粟米。炸洋蔥圈非常好食,炸漿薄薄一層,洋蔥又熱辣辣!最好食係厚切牛油牛柳,五成熟內裡肉汁爆曬出嚟,極香!燒羊架亦是同樣出色,配薄荷醬一流,燒得剛剛好,有肉汁得來外面又香脆。今餐實在太多肉啦,不過都唔後悔,因為好好食!下次再來挑戰豬手和鴨髀。

早前見到其他foodie話呢間既邪惡雜扒餐CP值好高😱於是就拉埋班fd去食啦 果然係好抵食!😆不過一個雜扒餐又點會滿足到我地啊😌所以我今次想推介既係另一款主食🍴就係芝士牛扒啦🐂呢款牛扒起有成2cm厚 medium咬落好juicy!不過最重要都係面頭啲芝士店員會預熱一嚿芝士牛扒上枱前 店員會將啲用咗嘅芝士撥落牛扒上面切既時候拉曬絲! 食果陣 芝士既鹹香另牛扒既香味更上一層樓! 再點埋忌廉汁嚟食 perfect池啊!跟餐包餐湯餐飲 飯或意粉值得一提既係個意粉唔係白烚係用咗橄欖油同蒜蓉炒過 十分有心機 讚!
