原來石板燒已經風靡緊香港一段時間,一直無時間去試,今次搵岩朋友喜歡牛,就咁去吧!一踏入「磊犇」 就立刻有自助點餐機點餐,點好餐就找個座位。今次揀左400g 牛肩肉和磊牛扒。 等待牛扒時,可自助添沙律、湯、飯及飲品。沙律菜好乾淨新鮮,而且保持微凍,有日式芝麻醬和和風醋汁選擇,前者芝麻香又滋味;後者微酸清爽開胃。 一切準備就緒,去取牛扒前記得順便拎圍巾,因為熱石板真係煎到牛扒彈油,保護自己件衫至為重要,餐廳的確細心!切開一粒粒牛肉,輕輕煎一下,就食得。熱辣辣有燒肉既香味好正,味道鮮嫩,牛肉有豐富肉汁,肉質結實得來帶點咬口,仲有脂肪既香味。 簡單加鹽同黑椒已經好正,食到原有風味。沾燒汁味道更豐富,而黑椒汁亦香濃仲好惹味。不要太早將調味料,因為控制唔到火力就會令肉質加快變老,最好就係煎到你5成熟,就可以將黑胡椒灑上去!可以享受無窮既牛肉之際由自己親手係一個高溫石板去主理,真係好有質感!好好的體驗!

近年興起吃石燒牛扒,一直都還未有機會品嘗,今天特地選了這家位於西洋菜街的石燒牛專門店。餐廳探取自助形式,首先在入口處點餐,牛扒分三類,分別是磊犇牛扒,牛肩胛和西冷牛扒,再細選重量由200G至400G。若果不喜歡吃牛扒,也有一些飯類可選。點餐後,可自由入座。自助區分兩邊,一邊是前菜和飲品,前菜有泡菜,酸籮蔔和沙律,沙律配以芝麻醬。飲品則有洛神花山楂茶茶、菊花茶和綠茶,味道都十分天然,該是自家泡製的。另一邊是味噌湯和白飯。牛扒没有預先調味,所以餐桌上放有不同調味品,基本的鹽和黑椒,還有黑椒汁和燒汁,用汁醬來拌飯也不錯哈哈。這個是西冷牛扒(200G),厚度十足。牛扒先煎至一成熟再放上石板,可自行切開再煎至適合的熟度。面層煎至微脆,肉質厚實,牛味非常濃郁,但略嫌偏瘦。這個是牛肩胛(300G),入口肉質較軟腍,肥瘦均勻且帶肉汁我想我下次再來都會選擇牛肩胛,不過200G 便足夠了。

這個是西冷牛扒(200G),厚度十足。牛扒先煎至一成熟再放上石板,可自行切開再煎至適合的熟度。面層煎至微脆,肉質厚實,牛味非常濃郁,但略嫌偏瘦。

朋友話想食牛扒,我第一時間就唸到磊犇,因為之前都來過,覺得真係好味又抵食,所以我都會推薦朋友一起食架。來到旺角的店,我們點了兩個牛排餐,一個磊排,一個肩肉排,兩個都是放在燒紅了的石板上上桌,肉是一成熟的,在熱辣辣的石板上慢慢煎,可以自己控制生熟程度都唔錯,而且兩份牛都很有牛味,肉厚肉嫩,肉汁也夠多,真的超正。呢度醬汁有幾種,自己任君挑選,還有沙拉,泡菜,米飯,湯任裝,真係好抵食。這裡的米飯更是正宗日本珍珠米,配上牛肉,泡菜,真的可以吃好幾碗。朋友來試過也讚不絕口,下次可以再來。

上星期,返學之前,同同學試呢一間, 本身好鍾意食牛嘅, 值得去試一試 。因為佢好特別,佢個沙律係任食,白飯、麵豉湯都係任裝, 你入去,有個阿姐喺門口,幫你手,自助買咗飛先, 之後等叫number就去攞嘢食, 佢啲嘢食有塊熱咗嘅石頭板。即時煎個牛扒, 我哋今次三個人叫咗一個韓式牛柳粒飯, 我哋試咗兩款牛, 牛扒同埋牛頸脊, 我哋覺得牛扒啲筋比較多,冇咁好食, 個韓國石頭鍋飯就好好味, 朋友裏面,有一個好鍾意食牛,之後決定要同佢啲鍾意食牛嘅朋友一齊嚟食多次

其實好少石燒牛肉店係有賣賣石鍋飯,呢間都算係特別. 仲有石鍋飯可以簡,等唔食牛既人都有得選擇….唔好以為主打食牛就一定係牛好食D, 但原來佢D 石鍋飯都好出色, 可以仲好食過D 牛.一共叫左1個石鍋飯同一個牛肩肉黎試下: 牛肩肉塊肉都算大快同厚身,但太多筋好難切,  D肉可能煎得太耐好韌, 但都總算有D 肉汁雞肉石鍋飯雞肉嫩滑,再將全部配料撈雲, 真係好好味,好配佩, 令人想再食多碗….
