最近有朋友帶我去試石燒牛扒,雖然石燒牛扒都流行了一段時間,但我都依然會想試一啲又平又好味既餐廳。點了一個「磊牛扒300g」,100蚊就有,都比出邊既平。配料方面有泡菜、味增湯,個人覺得比出邊既沙律同湯都好啲,白飯都係例牌任裝。醬料方面就無乜特別,如果有蒜蓉就更好了,有啲可惜。講番塊扒,都比我想像中大,夠食、有肉味。大大嚿咁切開黎燒,可以確保塊扒唔會太快熟哂,大約去到五成熟就可以食。結論:抵食之選,環境唔算太逼人,會再黎一次。

吃石板燒的其中一個好處就是可以自己控制肉的煮熟程度, 牛扒太熟真的不好吃, 約五成就剛好了。
一切下去那肉汁與石板接觸時的吱吱聲, 即時散出誘人的肉香,已經流口水了。

忍不住這麽熱也要把牛扒放入口中果然是肉嫩多汁,肥瘦適中, 牛味十足!

牛扒的質素好其實簡單的海鹽和黑椒調味己很足夠。店家還提供了其他汁醬加添味道, 燒汁十分惹味; 日式芝麻醬又是令一番風味了。不過我還是覺得海鹽少少已經能帶出靚扒的原汁原味了。

不用百元就有這質素的牛扒還有無限飲品和及自助沙律吧⋯⋯可算超值

今晚剛同完女友吵架後。心情有些差。須要一些美食安慰下心靈。不覺意走到一間餐廳。濃郁的牛扒味傳到我敏感的臭覺。入到餐廳原來是自助式的做法。全部用自助售票機購票。白飯與餐湯是任食。熾熱的鐵板烤上300g肩肉。清脆的聲音加上香味撲鼻。真難以言喻。美國肩肉扒300g。近兩年本人比較喜愛日式牛柳。但今晚食肩肉扒真是「滿足」的一夜。入口脂肪與肉汁好配合。加上醬汁更無與倫比。肉汁豐富佔滿全口腔的空間。肩肉再添加牛汁會加可口美味。

行過太子,見到間新開石燒,就入去試下。之前開個陣時都好出名下。我叫左最平個個餐,磊牛排,發覺好經濟實惠。呢個餐$78蚊,不過飯任食,麵豉湯任飲,菊花茶任飲,仲有沙律任夾。食到好飽肚。個牛排都好大塊,拿餐的時候渣渣聲,拿完慢慢切開它煮熟。好juicy的牛肉。不過我唔係好識切,有時d筋好難切,呢度會比條圍群你,唔驚彈到d衫。菊花茶好好飲,清熱解毒。麵豉湯記得搞搞它先裝湯,d麵豉沉底。我帶個朋友黎,她都食到翻尋味。叫我下次再黎。

路過都會俾呢間餐廳既香味吸引左入去,門口個牌寫明係沙律、飲品、飯、湯,都係免費任食! 餐廳有自助點餐機,有3款牛扒同唔同既份量揀,我地要左西冷牛扒(200g)同牛肩肉(300g)餐廳既配套非常齊備,醬汁、鹽、紙巾樣樣齊,另外飯、湯、沙律同飲品就更加唔使講啦~ 點餐完左一陣,好快就準備好,啊姐好貼心咁將紙巾舖喺鐵板牛上面,以免大家俾油彈倒,非常抵讚 !拎開紙巾,牛扒好大舊,又充滿牛香味,切開牛扒,充滿牛既肉汁,真係色香味俱全。平日出去鋸扒,以呢個牛扒既味道黎講,至少都每人四五百蚊落樓,但係呢度就可以用平民價錢食倒有質素既牛扒,CP值爆錶 ! 好值得推介 !

點餐完左一陣,好快就準備好,啊姐好貼心咁將紙巾舖喺鐵板牛上面,以免大家俾油彈倒,非常抵讚 !

拎開紙巾,牛扒好大舊,又充滿牛香味,切開牛扒,充滿牛既肉汁,真係色香味俱全。

平日出去鋸扒,以呢個牛扒既味道黎講,至少都每人四五百蚊落樓,但係呢度就可以用平民價錢食倒有質素既牛扒,CP值爆錶 ! 好值得推介 !
