之前喺旺角食完Suage之後,覺得佢哋啲嘢食都唔錯,今次途經太古,喺food court見到佢哋有分店喎特選湯咖喱 $105揀選咗特選湯咖哩套餐,麵底拉麵,以及季節限定湯蕃茄咖哩湯底,辣度揀咗少少辣。除咗本身有嘅茄子、南瓜、粟米、西蘭花、薯仔外,仲有叉燒片、炸雞塊、司華力腸,另外加錢叫咗溏心蛋、MEGA ! 珍寶大蟹柳和日式章魚餅,材料豐富,拉麵係幼身拉麵,整體都幾索汁。生炸脆皮雞脾湯咖喱 $105另一款套餐揀咗炸脆皮雞髀湯咖哩,麵條選擇烏冬,同樣揀選季節限定湯蕃茄咖哩湯底,除咗隻大雞髀之外,材料同上一款套餐都係大同小異。不得不提嗰限定蕃茄湯底,最底嗰層係基本款湯咖哩,上面再加上蕃茄蓉,蕃茄味道清甜,配上略帶辣味嘅湯咖哩幾清新。大雞髀外脆內軟,加埋一齊食都幾夾牛奶咖啡 $26士多啤梨抹茶奶 $30特飲士多啤梨抹茶奶,上面係抹茶,底下係士多啤梨糖漿,甜度明顯,隱約有啲士多啤梨粒

位於太古Apita Eatery既Suage北海道湯咖喱,主打北海道名物湯咖喱,可配多款主菜👐🏻價錢約$48-$78不等,價錢親民,另外仲有多款飲品同小食提供,款式豐富😆🍴脆嫩雞髀湯咖喱($78)雞髀大大隻,皮脆肉嫩,鹹香入味😋湯咖哩加入大量蔬菜熬煮,香濃微辣且帶蔬菜的甜香,配飯食唔錯👍🏻唔想食飯亦可以選擇烏冬或者拉麵🍜🍴特選湯咖喱($78)特選菜式幾豐富,有司華力腸、叉燒同埋唐揚炸雞,司華力腸大大條,肉質爽彈👄叉燒肥瘦適中,以醬油調味,表面輕輕炙燒過🔥味道更香。炸雞肉嫩,有肉汁💦🍴日式炸餃子($9)餃子皮炸到金黃香脆,肉餡飽滿,帶蔬菜爽脆😋🍴雞皮餃子 ($12)以雞皮作餃子皮,油炸至金黃,外皮鬆脆有彈性👄🍴海苔天婦羅魷魚 ($12)魷魚煙韌有咬口,油炸後,利用海苔調味,令魷魚味道更香🤤🍴野菜蝦天婦羅 ($12)細隻蝦肉融合咗唔同嘅蔬菜炸成嘅天婦羅餅,香脆得黎帶蔬菜甜味🍆🥕🌽🥦🥔唔會油膩~

This Easter holiday we decided to visit the jewelled planets show in Taikoo, before that we had some great lunch in one of our favourite food courts. Japanese fans like us got udons one Hokkaido soup curry. My broth was the seasonal edition: sweet tangy tomato soup curry, with diced pork belly, a mentaiko-stuffed wing, and the signature assorted veggies, including eggplant, pumpkin, potatoes, broccoli and carrot- see how colourful and nutritional they are in the photos. Hers was the standard soup curry, with three plump and juicy deep fried oysters. Pick the level of spiciness (not spicy is also available) for your soup curry because it’s very good and tasty, I like “little spicy” because this shop is serious about their spiciness scale, adding just a little kick was enough to elevate the entire bowl of soup curry. We were so hungry so it’s best to have some garlic baguette toasts and fried seaweed squid to dip into the delicious soup curry.

今日去咗一間日式餐廳,試咗佢哋嘅日本咖喱烏冬,仲叫咗我最愛嘅雞皮餃子同青蘋果梳打,成個組合真係正到爆!首先講講個咖喱烏冬,啲湯底濃郁得來唔會太膩,咖喱味好香,帶點微辣,啱晒我嘅口味。烏冬麵條好有咬口,吸咗啲咖喱湯汁之後,食落去每一啖都係滿滿嘅幸福感。上面仲有好多配料,譬如半熟蛋,蛋黃流心,撈埋咖喱湯一齊食,滑溜溜又香濃;仲有玉米同紫菜,增加咗唔同嘅口感同層次。特別一提係佢哋加咗一塊熔 cheese,溶咗喺湯入面,濃香得來又有少少拉絲效果,食到我停唔下來!再講我最愛嘅雞皮餃子,佢哋炸得金黃酥脆,雞皮咬落去好香脆,入面嘅餡料夠 juicy,帶點鹹香,單食已經好正,點少少醬油同辣椒粉更加提味。每次食都覺得好滿足,份量都夠,幾件已經好夠喉。最後嗰杯青蘋果梳打真係完美嘅收尾!清新嘅青蘋果味同氣泡水嘅爽感,飲落去好解膩,仲有片心形青蘋果片做裝飾,飲完覺得成個餐好有幸福感。呢個組合真係一絕,咖喱烏冬嘅濃郁、雞皮餃子嘅香脆同青蘋果梳打嘅清爽,完美平衡,食完好滿足!下次一定會再黎試其他嘢,推介俾鍾意日式料理嘅朋友!
