同朋友去太古城 IKEA 買野,行完就去咗呢間米芝蓮必比登推介嘅「天天海南雞飯」食晚餐。餐廳裝修精緻,地方闊落,環境舒適。食物以散點為主,由招牌海南雞、麵食、小吃,以至點心、甜品等,一應俱全。天天海南雞,海南雞跟足新加坡總店嘅做法,以白羽雞烹製,雞皮爽薄,雞肉嫩滑,入口雞味好濃郁,加上已全部去晒骨,配自家秘製醬汁吃,非常惹味!另外佢哋嘅雞油飯亦做得很有水準,飯呈淺黃色,粒粒油潤,吃起嚟口感乾爽又帶香味。九製陳皮火焰黑金叉燒,叉燒上桌時,店員會即席喺客人面前以火槍燃點,即時火光熊熊,視覺效果一流!食落肉質果然與別不同,入口軟腍鬆化,既有煙燻香氣,又帶點玫瑰露香,令人食指大動!咖央醬炸饅頭,饅頭炸到金黃色,熱辣辣,蘸點香甜軟滑嘅咖央醬吃,每一啖都係味覺享受。芒果糯米飯以心心造型上碟,賣相很精美,椰漿濃厚順滑,糯米飯煙韌微甜,與時令芒果相輔相成,入口味道一流!新加坡原味豆腐花,豆腐花質感好滑,豆味濃郁,甜度適中,口感不俗。

原來太古城都開左天天海南雞飯,梗係要試下啦!果然冇令我哋失望😋🔶火焰石燒魷魚鬚:餐廳夠哂儀式感,即場燒俾大家睇。魷魚夠哂爽口,配埋醬汁夠哂開胃。🔶鴨胡椒羅氏蝦粉絲煲:第一次食依款蝦。原來佢係頭大身細,個樣幾得意。一咬蝦頭,蝦膏爆哂出黎,非常驚喜!蝦肉一d都唔梅,配埋粉絲好食。🔶豆漿海南雜菜煲:食左唔少heavy野,當然要清一清腸胃啦。雜菜煲夠哂足料,豆漿湯底豆味濃郁,都好夾!🔶班蘭汁椰奶鱈魚:原來係炸鱈魚粒。餐廳炸得非常香脆,咬落去仲有陣陣椰奶香。鱈魚都好滑!

我覺得美食App上對這間餐廳的評價很不公平,菜品質量根本配不上它的價格。果然很貴 - 大約300元一份雞,25元一碗飯,隨便一個普通菜都要100-200元。我知道它貴,但還是會來,因為我期待好的味道和優質服務。但現在我覺得還不如去茶餐廳。服務員態度很差 - 不只是說話內容,連語氣都讓我覺得每次和他交流都是在打擾他。更糟的是,全程都有一隻蒼蠅在我餐桌周圍飛來飛去,非常煩人又噁心。我還在雞肉下面發現了一小段牙籤包裝紙!這讓我懷疑到底是餐碟沒洗乾淨,還是廚師故意放的。當我叫服務員來看時,他連道歉都沒有,只是敷衍地問要不要換一份。我拒絕後,他竟然用沒洗過的手直接去拿那包裝紙,差點就碰到雞肉了。菜品拍照是好看的,但味道真的很一般。那份雞絕對不值300元,就連100元都嫌貴,肉質太差了。雖然醬料和雞湯還算可以,但吃完後覺得很口渴。叉燒太肥,蝦也不新鮮。整體體驗就像是茶餐廳的水平,卻要付酒店的價格。我剛剛去過新加坡,沒時間去熟食中心,所以才會來這裡。記得十年前在Maxwell吃過這間店,當時就已經很一般,但至少和熟食中心的價格匹配。我也試過九龍Elements商場那間分店,還算合理。這是我第三次來這間店,以後絕對不會再來了。

Dinner at Tian Tian! This is a michelin guide restaurant, very popular south east cusine restaurant.the vibe for this restaurant is very nice, and the environment looks cozy, spacious, and a nice way to enjoy your evening. We ordered a few dishes, the first being Crispy salt and pepper tofu. The texture is unique! its quite crispy on the outside but then very soft in the inside. a good start to the dinner with its nice savory taste, but not too strong too! Then we had the black soya sauce turnip cake. This has a nice umami flavor, but also sweetness in the dish. A nice combination of flavor for this turnip cake! We then had the stir fry tomato egg with spinach. This is a very fragrant and nice egg dish, with tomato and spinach makes for a flavorful but balanced taste in your mouth! definitely one of the potential dish of the night!We then had minced pork, tofu and crystal noodles! this is definitely one of the dish of the night! the crystal noodles has a really nice umami flavor along with combination of tofu and minced pork together! the broth/sauce of this dish is amazing and it really helps elevating the dish to be even more tasty! Lastly, we also had our yellow curry beef cheek. The beef is very tender, and nicely absorbed the flavor of the yellow curry. Definitely a very fulfilling, delicious, and satisfying beef dish.
