佢既牛肉係近江牛,分別係肉眼、西冷、牛肩肉!肉眼最大塊🤤全部都好夠味,有壽喜燒汁同糖加埋一齊甜甜哋咁🥰再加埋啲蛋汁,令到塊牛更加滑🥳最尾既滑蛋牛肉飯係細細碗,滑蛋牛肉同飯既比例係一比一😍蔬菜都好正,吸收哂所有壽喜燒汁😚


前菜同茶碗蒸都幾好,前菜幾開胃,至於茶碗蒸也紫菜喺面都唔錯,側邊仲有啲薑味😝甜品可以揀士多啤梨雪糕同柚子雪芭,柚子雪芭味道比較好,士多啤梨雪糕係有啲假甜嘅味🥺


今次我就係坐喺bar 枱位,師傅企係中間煮,佢另外仲有得揀坐正常枱,師傅企係隔離,各有特色🥰每一道菜師傅都會大概講一講係乜嘢,整體來講都真係好好味好滿足😚好想再食😚

我覺得呢度唔多唔少有少少都係食服務嘅 始終師傅係你面前即席燒
所以變咗每一台都有一個專屬嘅師傅 而店面嘅位置亦都比較少
日式餐廳最重要嘅係同師傅之間嘅交流
就好似常見嘅Omakase 咁
我哋今次嘅師傅都有每一樣野同我哋介紹食法同埋作用👍
無可否認佢採用嘅牛肉係屬於非常頂級
但係呢個做法可能我個人就唔prefer
因為有時候太甜反而會失去左靚牛肉既鮮味
不過總括來講以呢一個價錢食到呢一個級數嘅牛肉都算係一個非常之唔錯嘅體驗😋

由第1次lunch break 路過見到間日本餐廳裝修好低調好神秘,得一隻好細既窗望到室內,覺得幾吸引於是walk in 試一試😮食到第3次要早幾個星期book先有位🥺由於公司lunch hour 得一個鐘所以幾次都只係食mini beef sukiyaki ($280) 上菜好快😌可以滿足下我working day 食好野既慾望。Mini sukiyaki 🥩 A5和牛舖面而鍋底配料有冬菇、豆腐、菜、洋葱🎎再跟生雞蛋、小菜、味噌湯同白飯雖然係mini set 但係夠晒飽😌湯底甜甜地加點左生雞蛋既和牛,味道唔錯🥰可惜既係小菜同味噌湯口味唔係幾岩我😞朋友試左shabushabu,湯底只有清水加昆布,比較清淡。所以建議第一次最好試左sukiyaki先🤫

今次突地早2星期book左呢間食Sukiyaki午餐set vs 晚餐set 都只差$100所以就book 晚餐食;) 從未係香港試過sukiyaki 餐仲有師傅煮埋比你食都幾高質的享受🥰食物質素唔錯,佐賀牛肉都大片 有肉味🥰不過我就一般般佢地個調味偏甜偏咸🙈平時食開的sukiyaki 都會有啲sake味道但呢個無~真係好睇大家喜好了!

食物質素唔錯,佐賀牛肉都大片 有肉味🥰
不過我就一般般佢地個調味
偏甜偏咸🙈

但呢個無~真係好睇大家喜好了!

一行六人預早半個月才預約到位嗌左$680 Sukiyaki set 加牛舌跟住就橋埋雙手食殘廢餐有師傅係我地面前幫我地煮(日本都係唔洗自己動手)每上一道菜師傅都會介紹一下食材先上前菜,會由左邊食起蒸物就係蒸蛋,入面有兩到三款菇菌類,令到蒸蛋味道增色不小 ,蛋亦夠滑野菜,師傅會配合不同肉類上,新鮮嘅當然到主角A4和牛,唔好以為有咁大分量,哩到係6人分,只係放埋一齊,有4個不同部位,都有介紹,不過忘記了另外後面係另加牛舌,當然,亦是6人份量每人會有一小碗蛋汁,用來點牛肉的師傅大顯身手,可是,糖落得太重手,太甜跟住我地要求師傅小甜後便好多了當煮好後師傅很細心地首先將肉類分配給女士,才分給男士,此係一個好好的動作最後會有一個蛋飯作主菜的總結,配上一個麵豉湯及小菜當然到最後有個甜品作結尾,甜品比較清甜
