SUKIYAKIYA所提供的是關西風壽喜燒——先在鍋底塗上牛油,然後煎肉類及蔬菜,再加入壽喜燒醬汁調味。而關東風壽喜燒則先把湯放入鍋裡,再加入肉和蔬菜等食材煮熟。我個人較喜歡這種關西風,總覺得煎過的肉較香口惹味呢!

食物到齊後,一位為我們烹調食物的專屬職員前來,向我們講解壽喜燒的吃法,並會詢問我們對牛肉的生熟喜好(我們喜歡五成熟)。開始烹調時,她先把和牛的一小片脂肪加到鍋中燒,讓溢出來的油脂塗滿整個鍋底,再放入京蔥。

前菜有和牛他他🐮、茄子🍆同酸蘿蔔。和牛他他粒粒分明,質感軟熟,肉味極為香濃😋,面頭配以鵪鶉蛋,滑滑溜溜,口感更上一層樓。

黎到戲肉,餐廳和牛選用日本鹿兒島🇯🇵自家農場嘅野崎和牛🐂,油花均勻,色澤粉嫩,嫩滑而濃郁,入口即化,而且切得厚身不失口感。

The highlight of the day finally came; the staff cooked the A3 wagyu (lean part) for us first because he said the supreme one is too good and if we eat the supreme one first, we won’t enjoy the A3. HAHAHAHAHAHA. To be honest, the A3 wagyu was so good, it was soft and meaty. But then when we tried the A5 wagyu, we were over the moon. It was just unbelievable! The beef melted in our mouth after the first bite. We really enjoyed it!!!!!!

3.煎完兩塊之後 又熄火 行左去第二張枱到幫人煮 我心諗平時我食完之後個師傅都會keep住煮啲菜架 後尾我先以會到 佢啲菜係要黎打邊爐錦食😅好喇 錦佢走左去第二枱 錦我同我先生咪你眼望我眼錦囉 經理發現到之後 即刻叫左第二個人煮 同時間我問佢有無飯架?「我食開個啲係一路食牛一路食飯 點解佢無比飯我 但佢開頭有問我地要飯定烏冬架🤔」佢話有丫有丫 又熄左火 頂 個鍋又開又熄到底夠唔夠溫度架 唉 係咪真係錦整架 識唔識架😭後尾我睇下啲食評先知 原來個飯佢地最後會拎黎燴飯 又佢地都係無講🤷🏻‍♀️

食完兩種口味之後,個人係鐘意青檸多d既,因為個蛋係會蓋過左成塊肉既味,而青檸汁係可以吊到個味出泥😚

其實我未食完第一塊,店員已經準備好第二塊... 點解要咁趕?所以我都加快左食既速度
好似食左10分鐘,感覺好似已經要食完咁😂
燒完之後,店員會幫我地將shabushabu既蔬菜擺好,由得我地自己食,傾左無耐,忽然就問我地有無野加?因為last order了,個時只係8:20😂 原來佢9點就關門!

訂了幾次位才訂到的,今天終於可以去試試了。Sukiyaki 我很喜歡,這間的菜單有不同的套餐,牛A3至A5也有,普通的二百多元左右也有,我們當然選擇A5和牛套餐😁,套餐一人份量有三大片和牛,有專人幫你處理,你坐定定有得食😂,套餐包一杯飲品,不過選擇有限,其他有前菜丶烏冬、一堆蔬菜和甜品雪糕,可以看看以下相片,食物都不錯👍🏼。環境坐得舒適,闊落,服務也很好,係地點不就腳,都沒有什麼評語,值得去試。
