呢間又係 book mark 咗好耐,今日終於有機會一試。首先一定要介紹呢個兩餸爆膽丼,想食要預訂,碗仔細細,但海膽勁多又鮮味,撈埋隻日本雞蛋(朋友唔食所以另上),真係欲罷不能。唯一可惜係冇咗三文魚籽,唔知係咪缺貨?不過齋食海膽都好滿足😋。跟住就係幾款燒物,包括特級牛脷芯,豬頸肉伴柚子汁,鹽燒心燒雞翼同燒冬菇,樣樣都高質,牛脷芯同豬頸肉夠 juicy,雞翼燒得夠香口,冬菇就正常發揮,燒完唔會太乾,好食。再之後係幾款小食甜品,包括燒芝士年糕餅,燒菠蘿同燒芝麻湯圓。芝士年糕餅芝士味勁濃郁,絕對有驚喜;燒菠蘿係呢度嘅名物,又甜又 juicy;芝麻湯圓都幾有趣,外形勁似燒墨魚丸😹,味道都唔錯,如果可以整到佢流心就更加好(我認我好貪心😎)。朋友唔飲酒,所以我叫咗杯 mocktail,呢杯 Baby Bellini 有桃片,橙汁,檸檬汁同薑啤,對於我嚟講實在太甜,下次可能叫梳打類較好。最後必須一提,呢度嘅服務認真好,打電話同佢哋溝通過兩次,兩次都非常有禮,值得一讚👍。

再之後係幾款小食甜品,包括燒芝士年糕餅,燒菠蘿同燒芝麻湯圓。芝士年糕餅芝士味勁濃郁,絕對有驚喜;燒菠蘿係呢度嘅名物,又甜又 juicy;芝麻湯圓都幾有趣,外形勁似燒墨魚丸😹,味道都唔錯,如果可以整到佢流心就更加好(我認我好貪心😎)。

今天晚上約左朋友一起去心燒食堂食飯,已提前預訂座位,約了19:45.我已提早19:40分到餐廳,餐廳員工表示未有座位,要等一枱人客買單先可以,表示要8:00左右才有位,咁我哋都冇嘢既,咁咪等下,到左19:55分左右,有客話book左20:00,但人未到齊,但當時侍應立即安排佢哋入座。。,哇我就覺得好有問題啦,我哋一樣係book左位,一樣係坐4人枱,點解人哋可以即刻入?而我哋要等呢?我都即刻問返侍應點解會甘安排,佢答我話係:同事安排左枱號。呢件事我覺得好有趣。。。其實係可以彈性處理吧。。。而侍應既反應和對答都5覺得呢件事有問題😅,希望餐廳可以培訓下員工,減少人客不愉快經歷但食物質素係可以的,但經過今次應該都唔會再選擇去幫襯,因為日本餐廳香港都好多選擇。

另一半嗌咗個主食埋尾😂嗌左黑松露蟹柳炒飯 ,一碟份量唔少而且啲飯炒得幾有鑊氣幾香配埋黑松露醬亦幾好味。
