呢日入西貢睇友人龍舟競賽,決定嚟個輕食再出返九龍搭車入西貢途中,已經上OpenRice睇定😎,鎖定咗呢間燒鳥店我哋比訂枱嘅時間早到咗約15分鐘店員請我哋喺門口嘅吧檯先坐一吓,跟住好快就安排我哋入座 燒鳥店除咗有多款鳥類串燒,亦有豬、牛、蔬菜等串燒除咗串燒 同 燒物,亦有飯、麵、湯 同 炸物可選呢日主攻串燒 同 燒物一口氣落咗五款串燒(按食物上枱嘅先後次序介紹)1️⃣日本青椒仔最先上枱嘅係青椒仔一串五隻,上面加咗木魚絲攞嚟清一清口腔唔錯2️⃣牛脷 係我食串燒嘅必點item,係餐廳推介之一牛脷非常厚切,燒嘅火喉控制得啱啱好,調味恰到好處定價有啲啲進取 ,但絕對反映在用料和師傅的技術上物有所值 ,推介🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻3️⃣雞翼🎶🎶燒雞翼🎶🎶我鍾意食嚟到燒鳥店,冇可能唔叫手羽先皮微焦香脆、肉嫩juicy、調味適中不愧為燒鳥店嘅推介 👍🏻👍🏻4️⃣紫蘇雞肉原塊紫蘇葉喺雞肉面,賣相一流不過啲醬汁not our cup of tea 味濃咗少少,我哋撥走咗大部份醬汁嚟食 😝5️⃣雞腳筋呢個部位即使喺燒鳥店都未必一定有印象中我同朋友都未試過 一串五件,外層燒到金黃香脆口感仲好骨膠原嘅呢~~~我哋兩個都好鍾意,非常有驚喜✨✨✨佢應該會成為我哋再嚟呢度嘅必叫item 下次仲要試埋佢哋嘅燒雞掌肉添😏🤩食完呢五款串燒好滿足,本身諗住埋單,點知原來用信用卡付款設有最低消費~$300~以上五款串燒加埋一都唔夠最後order多個item…6️⃣ 燒茄子落單嘅時候,店員提一提,燒茄子嘅等候時間比較耐 結果真係等咗廿分鐘有多,不過等咁耐都值皆因師傅心機滿滿咁將茄子慢慢燒熟,而非貪快以走油方式整熟茄子厚厚嘅木魚絲層鋪滿喺去咗皮嘅茄子件上點一點配附嘅薑蓉豉油味道豐富得嚟又不失茄子嘅原味道意想不到嘅好食😋 超超超驚喜🤩🤩🤩 (有興趣嘅話唔好學我哋”追加”,要早啲落單 🤪)呢日order嘅食物好好味,好啱心水而且都算坐得舒服(雖然係小舖,但檯與檯嘅距離算寬敞)店員主動添熱茶又見到店員同師傅都分別同客人有交流舖頭內嘅氣氛相當唔錯👍🏻 體驗良好已經諗好下次再訪嘅order⚠️店員溫馨提示:逢星期一休息,店舖亦會受天氣影響,落雨天未必開舖⚠️最後提多次:記得要帶 CASH 喲~ (信用卡付款設最低消費: $300) continue reading

除咗態度幾好,所有嘢都真係麻麻。談不上有任何一個串燒可以叫做好味,同埋全部啲嘢食好似同一個味,確實令人有啲失望。可能佢作為西貢少有嘅串燒店,所以先有咁多好評。我被騙了。佢係想賣雞唔同嘅部位,但係個製作真係冇乜心思。感覺上調味好重,樣樣嘢都差唔多味。重點係佢收費一啲都唔平,性價比實在唔高。唔係想拆佢台,但係俾得呢個價錢,我都期望佢可以整啲比較有質素嘅串燒,而唔係求其拎啲嘢出嚟俾啲客。期待有所改善!!! continue reading

朋友多次介紹呢間串燒舖,係由尖沙咀搬過嚟(亦都改名了),終於試到啦🙂‍↔️店內唔算好多座位,每張枱都比較闊落,坐得尚算舒服。我哋係午飯時間嚟,都keep住有人流。店舖播住英文流行歌,都幾in😆👍🏻雞翼塊皮焦脆,鹽燒又唔會太鹹,每串有兩隻,算大隻👍🏻雞腎爽口,有五粒。係朋友鍾意食所以嗌,佢話OK喎。🉑雞肉長蔥可以揀鹽燒或醬燒,我哋揀咗醬燒,有少少鹹和蔥太淋。下次會試吓鹽燒。👍🏻雞掌肉香港串燒店比較少見!熱辣辣,味道微辣,口感煙韌,好似咬緊燒豬皮👍🏻👍🏻雞腳筋雖然賣相唔討好,有啲類似雞腳嘅皮一粒粒嘅嘢,但係食起嚟幾有咬口。👍🏻雞皮 個人喜歡再脆口啲,有進步空間🉑蒜蓉豬肉長蔥師傅落鹽重手,都幾鹹🥵🉑鵝肝雙蛋飯好大碗,鵝肝和蛋都係飽肚食物,所以適合二至三人share。鵝肝好大塊,味道濃郁,雞蛋汁不太突出,應該係品種問題?👍🏻牛脷一串有三大塊,好厚切!味道唔錯,濃郁的牛味👍🏻鵪鶉蛋鵪鶉蛋好難有出錯嘅機會,正常發揮。🉑雞軟骨見到支竹籤就知係來貨嘢,呢個牌子嘅雞軟骨喺其他餐廳都有食開,不過呢度又係同一個問題,太鹹!整體嚟講,環境坐得舒服,服務殷勤,適合大班人嚟食嘢傾偈飲酒。不過食物質素中規中矩,大部份比較鹹。留意番,老闆話通常三點落場,有時不定時營業。晚市嘅食物選擇會多啲,如果有特別菜式想食都可以預先打電話落單,師傅會客製🍡P.S. 只收現金💰如果可以提供多個支付方式會更方便 continue reading

We made a booking for 5 ppl but they offered us a table of 4 only. We asked if we can have a bigger table but she said it’s fully booked. Then they should not accept our booking for 5 if they don’t have any tables available. So we walked out. We used to go there but after this, we will not go there anymore. All businesses are struggling and I do wish them luck! continue reading
