終於喺元朗發掘到一間有生滾粥,又有小炒嘅餐廳,兩個唔啦更嘅類別,味道同樣出色😋 呢度嘅生滾粥可以加唔同配料,例如肉丸、碎牛、豬紅、蠔仔、泥猛、蟹、艇仔….多到記唔曬,叫個貴妃粥加及弟,雙重享受。貴妃雞加綿滑粥底,及弟其實係啲豬內臟,就憑豬潤嘅爽滑嫩足以決高下。食粥配油炸鬼腸粉係無敵組合,估唔到一條咁普通嘅油炸鬼都有得講吓🤣熱辣辣脆卜卜,唔係洩氣㗎。鮮蝦腸粉隻蝦大又爽,誇張啲講仲粗過隻筷子。唔使被迫食粥嘅選擇都好多,有小炒、燒味、麵餐都有。先來一份蜆介鯪魚球,表面睇落摷曬皮仍有濕潤感覺,尚算大粒Q彈口感滲出肉汁,食曬鯪魚球嘅碟底都無乜油,而蜆介目測至少有三隻。菠蘿咕嚕肉,啖啖都係肉,沒有丁點肥糕,酸甜味恰好,重料之外仲係用新鮮嘅菠蘿。最後紅燒元朗脆皮乳鴿,size比我平時食嘅大隻小小,肉厚骨薄,味感頗濃。如果我下次再嚟,要留肚食甜品,養顏蛋白杏仁茶好吸引呀!可惜今次無預計份量係咁大碟,食完正餐都飽飽😎
