好耐之前朋友帶我黎過尼到食私房菜等我搵反啲相遲啲再寫多篇, 因為真系好好食今次系孝順父母, 帶佢地黎食一次好西, 順便當系慶祝母親節同父親節喇系未上菜之前, 我地叫左三個小食, 但吾記得左影相, 不過都好想介紹1. 冰火魷魚 : 水魷(?)撈埋店家自製既醬, 水魷冰冰涼涼 啲醬就辣辣地, 都幾好食2.芥末魚皮 : 魚皮好爽口亦夠厚身, 但系就略嫌芥末重手左小小, 有啲''攻''鼻3.話梅桂花山藥 :  酸酸甜甜好開胃, 原本老豆吾喜歡山藥( 即系淮山 )既質地, 但佢硬住頭皮試完一啖之後竟然同我地爭住食食完個山藥真系開哂胃, 咁就開始上菜喇首先飲反個靚湯先成個湯系金黃色架, 好足料, 翅都有起碼4,5舊牙媽最後都忍吾住問下老闆究竟點整飲完湯之後, 每人一隻蟶子皇, 蒸到岩岩好吾會咬吾開, 配埋蒜蓉粉絲, 真系好想食多幾隻跟住就到我最最最最中意既奶油蝦多士, 真系好食到每次黎都系必點 (去到尼個MOMENT真系食左先講, 所以影得有啲衰)跟住就系牙媽最中意食既魚標, 但魚標尼家野我真系吾識得欣賞, 所以我可以休息陣之後就一次過上左米走雞同酸菜魚, 一路慢慢食又飲下湯, 傾下計食到我要投降

每個餸都好有水準,第一次食冰鎮涼拌聖子皇帶有少少川味同平時食開冰鎮海鮮唔同,通常都係點Wasabi豉油今次有少少驚喜😋蝦多士係必食👍🏻勁鬆脆入口即溶😋個魚標好有鑊氣👍🏻鍾意食魚標嘅一定唔好錯過😊今晚叫左個芫荽豆腐滾石狗公魚湯,成個湯係奶白色飲落口真係好濃郁好香養顏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻另外個鱔煎到個皮脆肉滑👍🏻仲有個每次必食嘅家香炒米粉😋基本上每個餸都好有水準😆真係打唔到咁多!

新三興,新漢記和潤記是我最有少年回憶的三間小廚,二十幾年架啦。最近新三興新店開正在我家樓下,疫情中都要去食下。四個字:非常撚手椒鹽狗肚魚入口鬆化,一口骨瘦而有肉,花菜有獲氣又霖,魚頭新鮮無腥味(淨肉少左d,反映左),招牌炒米粉夠香又乾身。最正糸好食得來食完吾口乾。疫情關係,我特別留意環境,枱吾太密,張凳好坐,天花,角落好乾淨。價錢貴左小小,其他完美。我會經常去。
