好後悔用四百幾蚊食咗垃圾,首先食物臭了酸了,之後又做得難食有病,而且最主要佢仲要呃錢,首先佢午市嗰張單呢寫咗兩件28蚊,但係佢就收咗嘅係28蚊一件,因為估唔到佢會呃人錢,所以並無影到張單,問佢點解咁啲人都好敷衍最主要環境又細又窄,唔明點解呢啲垃圾咁多人食囉,可能因為其他嗰啲人係熟客我哋呢啲新嚟嘅特恰我哋囉真係搞唔明點解啲酒樓可以做到咁cheap,會嚟呢度係因為之前曾經電視台有廣告,好後悔相信電視台囉

厨房班師傅繼續如此手法,啲客源必定流失:1. 上湯龍蝦焗伊麵,龍蝦是預先煮定的,上枱時啲龍蝦是微温的,龍蝦鉗亦完全欠奉;2. 杏汁豬肺湯,啲湯是稀稀的,九成溝咗水;3. 一個簡單的北菰燒豆腐都做唔好,豆腐是預先走咗油,上枱時是凍的;4. 整晚最好的是碗白飯,因為是整個碗放在蒸柜裏熱著的。但願呢啲意見,東主或管理層會正視啦,否則不久將來又要少一間所謂老字號。希望呢班厨師知道:今天不做好你啲工作明天努力去揾新工作

Had a CNY reunion dinner with the colleagues in this much-advertised Chinese restaurant. We ordered a few combos. The steamed fish was standard as well, just debone yourself. We also got vegetables with assorted eggs, and a few bowls of hot rice.

Planned to order the crispy roasted pork belly too but it wasn’t available, so we replaced it with the celery and prawns stir fry. This single dish was $200 and the portion was surprisingly small. The celery and bell peppers were pretty raw.

If I was the boss, I’d rather get some deep fried shrimp toasts (however I guess they didn’t prefer deep fried items cos we already had quite many during CNY haha).

農曆新年大年初一,很多食店休息,有些聽聞加三更誇張,來到佐敦倫敦廣場11樓新新酒樓,已經是下午2點,仍然坐無虛席,人頭湧湧,氣氛很好,2人只有搭枱,叫了水仙,茶葉足料,胡椒豬肚湯材料豐富,不知是否太多人,酒樓應接不暇,湯是暖而偏凍,可惜了,味道亦偏咸,叉燒腸,皮薄好味,馬拉糕真的無得輸,味道濃郁糕身柔軟,鮮竹卷不過不失,期待的蝦多士感覺一般,食感情多於一切,值得驚喜的是花膠灌湯餃,大大隻花膠,湯咪清甜,全餐最好呢一個同馬拉糕,舊式酒樓買少見少,值得支持👍💪

今日去佐敦,去了佐敦廣場十一樓的新新酒樓飲下午茶,去到話俾個門口侍應聽兩位,冇睬你,以為佢聴唔到,再大聲同佢講兩位,佢就用手勢表示知道;跟住俾咗張好細嘅方枱,我見到有幾張圓枱有位,就同佢講想坐圓枱,但另外一個侍應話:(冇得坐),態度極之差。正想走之際,佢問我哋飲咩茶,見佢問,我哋又坐低睇吓佢點。隔離圓枱係冇人坐,枱面放咗碟薑蓉,原來是留給熟客。熟客大駕光臨前,已有幾個侍應問放在薑蓉未?聴到佢哋話呢位人客好鍾意食薑蓉。熟客坐低,叫了碗雞瀨,不久來了碗雞脾瀨,侍應超好款待,不時加水。和我哋第一次來飲茶🫖的態度相差甚遠。總結:此間酒樓侍應的態度差,食物一般,唔會再來幫襯。

響呢度奉勸各位如果打去呢間酒樓訂位,記得確保自己有訂到同問埋對方點稱呼🤣我12月13日下午4點55分打去諗住訂位,有位男職員就同我講唔駛訂,6點時間尚早可以walkin,點知就比佢呃咗啦,幾日後上到酒樓就話無位。諗住心平氣和同佢講當時有嘗試打黎訂位但有個男職員話唔駛訂,就比個”遠近馳名”嘅金髮女職員串,叫我搵返個位男職員出黎,啲口面極之west,雖然令到老人家唔高興,但都唔想同呢啲人嘈。記得如果唔係熟客嘅話,訂位個時要保障自己呀☺️

食物還好,但想有好嘅服務體驗就唔好要求佢比到你,除非係熟客。首先,環境擠迫。枱與枱之間無任何空間可言。最多得一個人身位,所以坐得唔太舒服。再加上,我地一行人當中有輪椅使用者。上到酒樓安排一張輪椅入唔到嘅枱比我地。完全沒有考慮輪椅使用者能唔能夠坐到張枱。另外,侍應服務態度差。我地問咗一個問題,但侍應超無禮貌咁應咗我地。我地發現只係對熟客仔態度好啲。同埋侍應整理餐具聲音好大聲(由於坐位置附近放餐具)。食物一般,除咗四寶飯嘅咸蛋好似壞咗有陣臭味。
