因為在附近複診,搜尋上環有什麼美食,發現這間成日經過的燒味舖原來攞過米X蓮 ,知道出名係乳豬飯,所以入去叫左個乳豬飯試吓,店舖的裝修是舊式的燒味舖,座位逼夾,但是如果食物好食的話這些也不是重點,等咗一陣,個乳豬飯一黎到,見到成個賣相把鬼,舊舊乳豬皮都燶嘅,肉質亦不是嫩滑,食乳豬最緊要就係乳豬皮,咁樣都攞米x蓮?相當令人失望 ,相信有唔少人包括遊客慕名去食,這樣的食物質素影響了香港的名聲,我就唔建議大家去幫襯

看到評論好像還不錯,而且店面也貼滿了好幾年的米其林推薦,心想應該不會中伏吧。進去點了一個叉燒燒肉雙拼,港幣44。叉燒一般般,除了很柴,其實還可以接受。反而是燒肉,真他媽有夠難吃。我從來沒吃過不熟的燒肉,肉某些地方咬不爛,還可以看到紅紅的血水,還以為自己在吃白切雞。味道方面超鹹,偶爾好像還會吃到鹽巴,到底為什麼米其林會推薦這種店???如果不是有附送例湯,我應該會先鹹死!不過就算沒鹹死,回家應該也準備拉肚子== 我真的超氣,一定要開個帳號上來評論這家店!!

姻緣際遇,今日又要去上環做嘢,去到附近記得呢間米芝蓮給嘅燒臘舖,記得上次食過好味,今次再去嘗試,希望食得返上次嘅好味道!跟住都係食叉燒,不過上次食瀨粉,今次瀬粉賣晒,只能食米粉。老實講,個人喜好,燒味配瀨粉,點都好食過用米粉,但係賣晒都冇辦法!不過重點並唔係碗粉麵上面,係叉燒!今次order嘅時候冇指明要食肥叉定係瘦叉,但係啲叉燒都真係瘦得有啲過火,同埋叉燒亂放嘅程度,都令到碗叉燒米粉賣相扣咗啲分數。我同我同事講,話啲叉燒仲亁過我塊面,可能個阿姐聽到,過咗陣無端端切咗幾舊比較肥少少嘅叉燒俾我,話切幾舊肥啲嘅俾我試吓。咁我又同我同事即管試下,其實結果係舊叉燒肥返少少,但味道依然比之前去稍有遜色⋯⋯(唔通因為米芝蓮加持下我期望太高?) 同場加映,我對面搭枱果位哥哥,佢話啲飯煮得唔好食,有啲硬….佢亦有表示啲嘢比較之前遜色咗啲…. 當然,人人口味唔同,我唔鍾意唔代表啲乜嘢,只係純粹分享下今日經歴同感受😆🙏🏻 *有例湯送

是日午餐!叉燒係薄切既又有筋位,唔係我喜歡的類型,叉燒切得太薄根本就唔好食,我喜歡既叉燒係要厚切梅頭位有少少肥又淋的,燒肉都係偏咸,仲有D米飯係好細粒好碎既飯,唔好食既,之前係附近另一間叫萬康燒味D燒味飯既米飯又係咁既質地,其實燒味飯除左D燒味好唔好食之外,米飯本身既質素都好重要!

由於疫情關係,我買燒味都會返去屋企焗返熱,殺一殺菌。

雖然焗咗一陣,而因為我冇特別要求係要半肥瘦,所以佢都係比瘦叉燒我,不過焗完都唔算話好韌。

不過以味道來講,雖然佢有少少蜜味,但叉燒本身係偏鹹嘅果種。可能我個人口味,我比較鍾意偏甜嘅叉燒。但佢味道夠晒濃,可以送飯。
