We got invited to have lunch here last sunday. We ordered their weekend roast. I had their mushroom cream soup. It reminded me of those western meal i had in local restaurant. When the roast came, i was so shocked at two things. First, the size of the roast was big and it was a thick cut too! Second, it cooked to perfection. It might be a bit raw for some people, but i usually have steak for medium rare. It was cooked just perfect. It was very juicy too.

It would be even more perfect if they could offer yorkshire pudding.

We will definitely come back again for their roast

西冷牛扒就普普通通,反而田螺焗得唔錯,亦很美味。
餐湯,亦佳,似番個湯,唔會變汁,蘑菇夠多,忌廉湯亦似即煮,不似一大煲煮定。麵包都要讚揚,侍應拿來一大籃麵包,有不同類型,隨你選擇,多少亦得,雖然成本其實不高,但感覺一線高級餐廳。

在11號晚,我和同事因工作O,T晩了.放工後經過Lee Theatre,看见樓上有一間日本菜,我们便上去吃但見很多人因我們太餓了便改旁边較靜的西餐廰,因門口沒有人带位所以我们直人餐廳,看見門囗有卡位我們便座下但有位女部長走到來態度很差說這卡位是四人以上我們不可座oK我们改了座中間位,我们立刻叫田螺餐和肉眼餐二人也是叫牛排四成田螺也很快到但較為失望因咸了忌廉湯也可以但肉眼排很多筋及過熟我朋友的西冷,比我差不多又咸又熟我们叫了她們看但她說牛排是這樣的説到我們像第一次吃一樣這就可能是老餐廳的員工態度,多一個不多,少一個不少,最使我不開心的是我到簽單走時,卡位也是没有人座的,我以後也不會來的。

我去銅鑼灣經過新寧餐廳,聽人講都有啲名氣,於是搵咗一日去試,都幾方便,因為就喺利舞台上面,入到去侍應服務都唔錯。我地叫咗羊架同牛柳,兩樣肉都好嫩,羊肉一啲都唔羶,而牛柳同磨菇汁喺絕配。果度環境都幾靜,幾適合兩個人行完街撐枱腳。

餐包是多士麥包等面包, 熱熱厚實途上牛油還不賴. 紅湯或白湯都比一般的茶餐廳好一點.牛柳扒都還可以油脂豐富, 肉味濃還不賴. 骨扒比較硬, 最好食是根的部分因為脂肪多, 還好.餐飲是檸茶, 微苦但還過得去. 整體而言食物合格, 服務比較慢和懶洋洋, 廚藝似乎時好時差.

餐飲是檸茶, 微苦但還過得去. 整體而言食物合格, 服務比較慢和懶洋洋, 廚藝似乎時好時差.

和同事聚舊的晚飯,這家也是一直想試的餐廳。還好同事一早訂座,這晚約七時的時分已是全場滿座、門外還有些許人在等位的狀態,跟旁邊的餐廳很有對比。下單以後先來了餐包和餐湯,羅宋湯掛著喝沒拍照,非常足料,不同種類的蔬菜基本上佔了湯碗的大半!而且也很夠火喉,蔬菜煲得軟爛,湯也是想像到的濃。餐包是侍應托著麵包籃給我們選,貪心的我選了 brioche & toast & baguette,幾款麵包都是微暖狀態,最欣賞的反而是脆身的 toast,雖然稍焦了點,但配湯吃就剛好了!主菜我選了煎原條龍脷柳,分量非常大 (約前臂般長!),沒煎得過火,肉質嫩滑,倒是廚師下鹽非常重手,魚本身較薄令問題更嚴重,吃到最後鹹得吃不下!伴碟的薯仔是白烚的,體積甚的式,卻成了中和鹹味的好食材,還可以吃到薯仔的甘甜味。也試了同事們的燒牛肉,他們都要了 medium 的生熟度,入口肉質不硬,充滿肉汁,質素不錯。想試這家餐廳的原因就是想吃這個火焰雪山啦,上桌的時候侍應還耐心地等我們拍完照才倒酒點火和朱古力醬,結果才照著這叫做見得下人的照片。這火焰雪山就是梳乎厘包著三球雪糕再用蛋糕墊底,老實說食味沒啥特別 (e.g. 入面的雪糕疑

想試這家餐廳的原因就是想吃這個火焰雪山啦,上桌的時候侍應還耐心地等我們拍完照才倒酒點火和朱古力醬,結果才照著這叫做見得下人的照片。這火焰雪山就是梳乎厘包著三球雪糕再用蛋糕墊底,老實說食味沒啥特別 (e.g. 入面的雪糕疑似是維記雪糕 / 底層的蛋糕相當嚡口),但光是賣相 & 懷舊氣息就很值回票價。

餐廳的桌排得較密,也所以這裏的環境較嘈吵,我們坐的不是餐廳正中位置,可鄰桌客人的聲音還是相當響亮,侍應也是「阿叔」輩,還好態度不太差,而且也非常勤快。我們要的都是套餐,買單每位約 $300,不便宜,食物也不算太出色的一家店呀。
