Southeast Asian delights with a dash of western elements🥗 SMALL PLATES🐔 Satay Gai • Grilled Chicken Skewers, Peanut Sauce, Asian Pickles: Chicken was very tender and flavourful. The sauce was not too spicy, perfect for ones who can’t have spicy food.🌾 Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll, Tofu, Asian Herbs, Avocado, Sweet Chili Dip: A refreshing starter. The tofu matched surprisingly well with the rice paper roll.🥘 KITCHEN PLATES🐑 Australian Lamb Chops • Spiced Lamb Cutlet, Mint Raita, Couscous: The lamb chops were tender and did not have the gamey smell. The couscous added a nice texture to the dish.🐷 Kurobuta Pork Loin • Grilled Pork, Miso Butter, Kimchi Salad: The pork loin was a bit dry and tough.🍮 DESSERTS🍋 Citrus Tart • Yuzu Curd, Mandarin Confiture, Fresh Raspberries: A very tangy dessert. Would be better if it was sweeter to achieve a better balance.🍫 Sakura Black Forest • Morello Cherries, Dark Chocolate Mousse, Sakura Jelly, Sakura Bean Cream, Sakura Pearls: Average Black Forest Cake with light Sakura aroma. 嘢食等好耐 ,等咗一粒鐘淨係上咗個春卷上嚟。。。😊人手唔夠 得一個侍應做緊嘢 (雖然佢啲服務態度都ok) 嘢食quality 仲差 普通嘅海南雞可以整到差過出面茶餐廳,啲薯格又硬又凍,KFC嗰啲熱過佢。仲要d cocktail 溝得唔太好飲,仲要每樣嘢食都> 100 以上喺,性價比非常低,真係食茶記都好過食佢去廁所洗手唔方便,要行上一層樓梯個環境都幾靚,有中式風格,感覺上呢間餐廳都係比較適合外國人食。🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 continue reading

最近去銅鑼灣食飯食到唔知食咩好🥲 朋友搵咗間餐廳喺酒店入邊~其實除咗自助餐之外,我好少會無啦啦走入酒店食嘢🤣所以今次都幾特別!仲要原來一間酒店係美麗華集團,有一定質素!今次菜品融合左泰式同亞洲風味,呈現出豐富多彩既口味體驗~我地都叫左幾多小食🤣因為樣樣都好似好正咁!包括:香辣金槍魚刺身粒,惹味椒鹽炸魷魚,泰式蝦沙爹同安格斯牛肉麵包🥯首先,金槍魚刺身粒🐟好開胃~新鮮既金槍魚再加上青瓜漬同蓮藕脆片,好酸甜爽脆!再加上牛油果🥑既醇厚滑順為整道菜增添層次!惹味椒鹽炸魷魚我覺得係好好既下酒菜🤣外面酥脆焦香,裡面多汁,加沾上香濃的蛋黃醬都幾正!重點係辣辣地🌶️而泰式蝦沙爹係烤鮮蝦串配以花生醬同酸脆的亞洲酸菜漬。整體好食!蝦肉肥美多汁🦐最後,安格斯牛肉麵包選用左高級安格斯牛肉再加上韓式烤肉同車打芝士🧀綿密口感相得益彰。主菜方面,我地叫左泰式金邊粉~第一次見金粉用碗上幾得意🤣我覺得整體酸爽恰到好處,令而道泰式必食既野變得格外誘人。另一個係安格斯牛面頰🐮 配以馬莎曼風格的咖哩醬汁!牛肉好柔軟好嫩,冇牙都食到🙈仲有一樣係明太子意大利粉🍝佢嚟到嘅時候勁似日式小丸子🤣唔似係西餐!欣賞佢嘅意大利粉,係用手工意粉做成!看似普通,但每一口都飽含著海鮮既鮮美滋味同意大利面的正宗風味。最後甜品🍧叫左柚子檸檬批同櫻花林~前者唔算太啱我,因為太酸😂😂😂後者即係黑森林蛋糕!攞嚟打卡一流,幾好食唔錯!Cocktail方面,餐廳改既名都幾正~分別係THE FOX, THE MONKEY AND THE RABBIT,BURNING SUN同FLY ME TO THE MOON。拎嚟慢慢傾計一流😋仲要最尾叫咗支Prosecco🥂好小會飲住Cocktail食亞洲菜😆 continue reading
