睇過小弟食評都知我都幾鍾意食羊架,有人就話佢羶,其實喺味道獨特。餐牌寫明一客有兩支羊架,羊架都幾大件好厚身,夾咗好些香料醃製,所以燒出嚟好靚仔,由於覺得火候啱啱好,肉質軟淋,騷味唔重;沾上少少薄荷醬,風味更佳,而啲北非小米,非常之細粒,裡面混有提子乾同松子仁,食落又幾唔錯。
