今日早啲放飯可以行遠啲,去到克街附近見到有啲川菜嘅相,對於一個極度喜愛川菜係我,諗都冇諗就入咗去坐低,試一試呢度嘅口水雞。雖然佢嘅間隔都幾中式同埋幾茶記feel,但係標榜得川菜嘅斷估質素唔會同茶記一樣掛🙈等陣幾分鐘,口水雞白飯就到,首先肉質嫩滑份量足夠,仲有個汁都真係幾濃,辣度標準唔會話太辣,配合埋都幾好唔錯,$70落樓,惦👍

Lunch同早餐都有去, Lunch無乜問題! 但早餐就.......上星期去食早餐, 點左餐後, 要等好耐, 等餐時亦見到收銀同客係度爭拗, 錯漏百出! 今日再比多次機會佢....又係早餐時段出事, 等得耐都算, 我地投訴等太耐, 都明白佢地唔夠人手.....但...佢個侍應既回應真係令人火滾, 佢話, 唔等得就唔好食丫嘛...! um....真係無下次了! 香港餐飲業, 你明白點解自己會結業未!?

廚藝巧手賣的是小食,但味道卻一點也不"小"!一邊咬著彈牙的豬耳朵,酸酸甜甜,啖啖肉感,一邊喝著這裡的青島啤酒,清涼解膩,簡直太滿足了!🍺再來個酸菜魚,酸得我心頭直跳,透心涼又過癮!還有芝麻醬拌拉皮,微微辣中帶著甜,拌匀了各種調料,每一口都讓人忍不住想再來一大口!即使是天冷,但這些愜意地道的小吃,真的能把人從內而外地溫暖起來。飯後那碗小米粥,甜甜粘粘的,撫平了所有辛辣,給了一天最溫柔的結尾。這裡,挺好!每一味道都這麼實在,這麼過癮,必須推薦給喜歡真材實料的你!👍
