我終於實現到薯條自由啦!!! 😈Supreme steak & grill呢個dinner set 除咗有牛扒 包飲品 仲可以90分鐘內任食薯條🤩真係不得了佢地依家係銅鑼灣開左分店 位置一樣方便🥳我哋當日叫咗兩款牛扒 都係揀左medium熟成程度 2塊牛都燒得好靚!!! 好輕易就可以切開 入面既肉質細膩 好juicy 爆多肉汁 點少少黑胡椒汁已經好正🙂‍↕️牛味香濃個人認為肉眼扒既肉味會更出 而M8和牛既肉會更鬆軟 油花比肉眼多🤩薯條係跟上即叫即炸既幼薯條 食落特別脆口 我地都忍唔住encore左🫶🏻超正 真正薯自!!!再配埋冰凍可樂🥤超滿足的! continue reading

星期日和老公到銅鑼灣Supreme Steak & Grill吃晚餐。每人只要點一客晚餐,就可以90分鐘任吃薯條,非常吸引。薯條非常脆口,即使冷卻了,卻依然保有香脆的口感,很厲害。日本鹿兒島A5和牛西冷牛排黑胡椒醬另上,黑胡椒醬調得不錯,A5和牛西冷牛排油脂豐富,點了全熟也是非常軟腍,入口化開,表面煎得有點焦脆感,好吃。新西蘭法式羊架羊架有四件,不算很肥美,但沒有羊羶味,香草味突出。飲品加$10叫了凍檸樂和洋甘菊茶。 continue reading

聽講呢間牛扒店 質素好高 網上食評主要都係讚銅鑼灣店新開冇耐 試試係咪同深水埗一樣暫時就唔算好多人排隊 質素唔錯,值得一試!Menu有分中午 晚市百零蚊至$200左右本來想食A5 好可惜已經賣晒啦所以就揀咗封門牛 & 肋眼(ribeye)重點係 薯條可以任食!揀咗medium Rare火候在握得好好 勁多肉汁 200g 份量好足夠外層鎖住肉汁 切開都嫩啖啖肉👍 水準好高薯條唔知點解 食到最後都係咁脆當然一定要refill 我哋唔貪心只係refill咗半兜 如果唔夠飽 歡迎食多啲 脆😌牛扒有格仔紋 靚另一款肉眼扒油脂香味出 唔使點汁都好好食份量就算男士食都夠 因為冇乜筋位部位切得幾靚小食:慢煮叉燒估唔到 牛扒店竟然有叉燒食肉質好 有少少fusion感覺 continue reading
