今天放假一個人睡到自然醒,唔想一個人係屋企,天氣又好冇落雨一於出去走走,漫冇目的走到去尖沙咀,有啲肚餓望望錶,原來已經十二點半,左望右望發現這間「鮨丼」,有午市定食望落都幾吸引,一於試試先。剌身三點 拼牛舌燒定食 $118(三文魚、帆立貝、赤蝦)(牛舌、鹽燒手羽先、秋葵、一口甜薯)附 : 小缽、沙津、味噌湯、甜品這個定食都幾豐富,由前菜剌身到牛舌燒定食,選料新鮮尤期是剌身三點,厚切的三文魚油脂分佈平均,大大粒鮮甜有彈性的帆立貝,新鮮去殼的大赤蝦,在蝦上加上幾粒三文魚子作點綴來增加鮮味。牛舌串燒牛味香濃肉質爽口。鹽燒手羽先雞皮燒得香脆肉質嫩滑多汁。秋葵串燒燒過後的秋葵入口香脆秋葵味濃郁。一口甜薯細細粒入囗容易香香甜甜。

在佐敦地鐵站行2分鐘就到達,餐廳大,坐位很多,中午來到坐滿一半人,魚生飯選擇超多,總有一款岩食。夏天特別中意食鰻魚飯,有味噌湯,前菜沙拉,都只係$98,味噌湯有好多蜆肉好多菇。鮮甜,唔咸。鰻魚超級大條,白飯加上鰻魚汁特別好味道,饅魚沒有骨,食哂白飯都仲有好多鰻魚剩。最愛食玉子燒,香蔥玉子燒好香口,玉子甜甜地,好似蛋糕口感,好厚有蛋香味。最後仲有甜品,忌廉泡夫唔係好甜,食到好飽好飽,好彩甜品細細個。

上到佢入去,第一句就是女職員:我哋呢到每位最低消費是$150(其實入面餐牌全部都至少呢個價)我:冇問題女職員:我哋只收現金我:其實你哋都要唸一唸,每位$150但只收現金又冇得碌咭,多人食咁咪好麻煩女職員:我哋已經貼左出嚟,同埋我好多客都唔會咁發爛😰!(語氣超差)感受:原本是好聲好氣比d意見,最後無端端比人鬧😭一間好餐廳應接受顧客意見,而不是被鬧走d客。至於嘢食,我之前去過一次,嘢食okay但真是貴左d,唔係好值。

最近來到尖沙咀近佐敦一帶,發掘了了一間近月開張以丼飯主打的樓上日本料理。小店以簡約日本風設計為主,門面簡單的白松木招牌襯上日系盆景和燈飾,店內玻璃櫃放滿不同的和風瓷器餐具,天花也掛上了多款日式小燈籠,裝潢簡潔分明,配上滿有情調的柔和燈光,滲出淡淡的日式傳統清雅風味。

細閱餐牌,發現這裡的丼飯多以海鮮刺身入饌,提供的組合款式算不少,而每款丼飯都會包有小缽、沙律、麵豉湯和甜品。另外小店亦有壽司、少量日式小食料理及熟食丼供應,讓客人能有多一點選擇。

首先點來了筆者最喜歡的鮟鱇魚肝和玉子燒作為餐前小吃。

香蔥玉子燒,厚燒玉子中間濕潤滲有湯汁,入口香甜軟嫩,帶著淡淡的蔥香,唯蛋香不太突出,亦缺乏一層層Layers的層次,有點似軟心蛋糕的口感,雖不是筆者那杯茶,但起碼吃得出是自家製作的,味道口感其實尚算不錯。

鮨丼自信作雙層二凡丼飯,丼飯特式的分兩層奉上,第一層放了原隻鮑魚、帆立貝,北寄貝和活赤貝刺身,原隻鮑魚一開二件頭仍算不少,鮑魚應該經事先調味,入口帶著微微的醬香,Q軟得來一點也不韌,火候控制十分到位,不用點上任何醬汁,純粹品嚐著鮑魚的鮮甜原味已是一種享受。帆立貝是特大號的Size,軟嫩Q彈,沾上少許檸檬汁更添鮮味;北寄貝造型很有心思,亦顯出了師傅的刀工功架,入口爽甜帶嚼勁。活赤貝爽脆鮮美,帶著濃濃的海洋氣息,讓人吃過欲罷不能,不愧為筆者最愛的貝類之一。

第二層是極上大拖羅雜錦刺身飯,平時在外面吃到的雜錦刺身飯,大都是三文魚、八爪魚或加上鯛魚角切的一般貨式,而這店卻用上了大拖羅、赤身、三文魚、油甘魚、甜蝦、三文魚籽和玉子角切入饌,實在乖乖不得了,佐上滿有米香的飯粒,入口啖啖香軟滑溜,鮮美甘甜,層次豐富,讓人吃完一啖接一啖停不了口。

4色吞拿魚刺身丼飯,日本米飯面頭鋪滿了大拖羅、赤身、醬油漬吞拿魚、吞拿魚蓉和玉子,份量十足。大拖羅入口即溶,脂香滿瀉,雖帶點筋但一點也沒有影響其濃香滋味;赤身入口一樣的軟嫩,魚味濃郁,一點也不遜於大拖羅的美味。醬油漬吞拿魚經醬油醃製過後,表層較粗糙帶點醬香,但內裡仍然保持幼嫩,一塊魚生兩種口感,別有一番風味;吞拿魚蓉是師傅即時琢製的,軟滑中帶魚香,灑上蔥花和芝麻,添上清香之餘更帶出了鮮味。刺身佐上粒粒分明的日本米飯,點上少許即磨山葵蓉和日式醬油,入口鮮美中帶點點鹹香,飯粒平衡了整體的濃厚感,實為一種人間美味。

此店整體的質素不俗,用料上乘,海產魚生尤其鮮美,師傅的刀功亦細膩中見心思,加上店員態度殷切,環境氣氛舒適,定價由百多元至三百多元不等,豐儉由人,算很合理,下次來到尖沙咀區又多了一個好去處了。

Sunday date night and we decided to head to Jordan to try out this new sushi don place which a few you tubers recommended online. We booked and arrive sharply at 7 and the restaurant was half full. What caught me surprised though even before we sat down the manager notified us there was minimum of one don order. This made the situation a bit awkward because we were not expecting not to order one don per person. I suggest it if they wrote this on the menu instead it would ease off the embarrassme

We ordered the special toro $378 and the limited uni don $348 as main and ordered abalone and jack fish sashimi as appetizers. The overall sashimi were good and the rice was delicious. The food worth the price.

One little setback was the service as it was quite local and didn’t made you feel you were at a Japanese restaurant.

Overall speaking it was an enjoyable dinner.
