師傅的手勢十分好,魚亦很新鮮!馮師傅特別整左一些外面食唔到的壽司給我們,新鮮感十足而且十分驚喜,味道亦一流!每次都有新的菜式、新的驚喜,就算短時間內再回到店內享用omakase都不會覺得沈悶!而且師傅很親切,又細心,十分滿足的一個晚上!

食物水平很高,師傅是上海人,想不到水平卻非常高,我個人認為有些菜單說味道水平甚至值Michelin star 兩星甚至三星呢,佩服佩服。 魚生新鮮, 口感一流。服務亦很好,可能過農歷新年前,人客不多, 所以服務特別好。

同店員傾計知道星期二,四,六都會由日本空運食材到港。

另外餐廳每個星期三休息,星期一,二,四至五晚市用恆生或者中銀信用卡可享9折。

有時我會翻睇自己寫嘅食評去回味 a fantastic meal呢篇我會重複睇多幾次有人豪氣請食omakase就點咗貴嗰個 亦老實不客氣叫咗枝秀麗淡口嘅純米大吟釀一嚟就上肥美新鮮有aftertaste嘅海膽Omg amazing再呷一口秀麗透亮嘅sake已經有high嘅感覺千祈唔好邊食邊講嘢嘥料㗎咋中拖羅魚腩在口中溶化令舌頭沐浴喺魚油中赤魚鯛比較爽口淡口深水魚好咬口冇咩油食口感鳥貝有啲腥但因口感得意刀功厲害加唔少分中間有唔同小菜蟹脚好甜要趁熱食伊佐木同鱚魚壽司比較淡口伊佐木肉比較散兩種都新鮮非常見到佢哋想出油咁就知啦汁煮赤魚鯛比刺身好食有質感燒銀鱈魚胶更係超班手勢一啲都唔乾仲好肥美全餐最愛剝皮魚壽司肥美到不行又肥又有咬口極度新鮮大拖羅壽司魚油比較多比較適合做壽司魚油亦滲入飯中在口中溶化令舌頭沐浴喺快樂中おいしいです千祈唔好邊食邊講嘢嘥料㗎咋其他蝦,鮑魚,都唔駛講啦肥美新鮮有咬口連湯都good儲錢番嚟食哦Service good
