沙律不過不失,蔬菜都幾新鮮🥗而今次嘅前菜係蓮藕片,一向唔鍾意食蓮藕嘅👧🏻就覺得一般,食落爽口,味道酸酸咸咸咁🤔

茶碗蒸面頭有一層透明嘅汁液,食落啲蛋都好滑幾有蛋香,配料都好足,有蝦有蟹肉絲😚

特選刺身細細片,擺得好靚咁上碟😍師傅就教落要由白色嘅食起,再到深紅色嘅😎值得一提嘅,係佢地提供嘅wasabi幾好味,有少少粒狀,但咬落都唔會好唔嗆鼻

壽司🍣喇!雖然師傅有逐件逐件咁介紹每一件嘅壽司,但掛住食嘅👧🏻就唔係好記得🤦🏻‍♀️印象最深刻嘅係吞拿魚面頰肉壽司,食落有啲爽口,同想像中嘅味有啲唔同🤪其他壽司嘅質素其實都唔錯,唔同口感唔同食法,就唔再逐一品評😙

至於個湯都係麵豉湯,但同平時普通日式餐廳好唔同,個湯好濃好夠味好好飲🤤唔會好似就咁用粉溝水咁敷衍🤣

甜品係榛子雪糕🍦食落都有啲細細粒嘅榛子粒,雪糕都有好軟滑,唔會係雪得太耐而有冰粒係面,都唔錯嘅!☺️

星期六約咗屋企人一行4人去食個OMAKASE Lunch,之前打去book位,但冇bar枱位要坐car位,但店員都好好,佢話到時有Bar位會轉番比我,但最後冇。原來唔坐bar枱真係差啲,好似食緊套餐咁,不過好在味道都唔錯。我哋每人一個”梅”餐$380,分量女仔都夠飽,但我哥哥就唔多夠,攞餐黎都有店員介紹同埋講解食邊樣食先,但店員有D口音聽得唔太清楚佢講咩魚,笑料百出。佢嘅刺身同壽司選擇嘅魚都係偏向淡口嘅魚,但魚都新鮮。我就最鐘意佢個蟹肉蒸旦。

茶碗蒸
係黑松露蟹肉蒸蛋,表面鋪上三葉。黑松露味香濃,蟹肉同蝦肉份量唔少,加上滑嫩嘅蒸蛋,飽肚又好味。


甜品
最後黎個榛子雪糕同柿餅,組合特別,而且味道唔錯。榛子雪糕每啖都食到已磨碎嘅榛子粒,好足料,食完雪糕先再食好滋味嘅柿餅,配搭得宜。


Staff服務態度好好,會主動refill熱茶、收碟;師傅亦很專業,認真製作壽司。係非常好嘅omakase體驗💯

絕少寫食評,但呢間野真係無得頂。話說太太幫我慶生,俾左兩間我揀,好揀吾揀揀著呢間不知所謂的 Omakase🤦‍♂️佢啲吾算好難食(同 X氣吾差太遠),但係就會令你食到一時嬲一時笑既廚師發辦。食左幾千銀返到去兩公婆都痾左2-3次,真係想講粗口!!!
